Dr. Aquino is very good in following a routine set of standard check ups but when it comes to what YOU want from him, he stops listening to you, gets defensive, and completely ignores what you are asking. In addition if you ever ask him a question that gets a little technical, he will get really upset and will refuse to help. I caught him not taking notes of the important symptoms that I explained to him. And then I caught him missing lab tests. We are paying for this service - probably the most important service we ever pay for and we have all the right to expect a knowledgeable person to take care of it, not someone who has probably never opened a book or read an article in the past decade. I would not recommend him to anyone. He needs to read and he needs to improve his doctor-patient attitude too.

Dr. Aquino is easy to talk to, explains things clearly, and has a genuine personality. He quickly and accurately diagnoses whatever has ailed me over the past SEVERAL years. Great guy. I highly recommend him.

He sticks with your problem until it is solved and I have had some difficult ones. I just love thes man.

I have enjoyed Dr. Auino for 15 years. We have a great relationship. I value his input.

Dr. Aquino has provided excellent care for me for the past few years. He always spends plenty of time talking to me and understanding my symptoms. I have never felt rushed with him or that he had other things he'd rather be doing. His nurse is wonderful - I dread the day she retires! Unfortunately the practice is large and bureaucratic. I always have to wait longer than I think I should. I wait in the waiting room, wait in the exam room, wait for the lab. It's not Dr. Aquino's fault that I rate him poorly on promptness - I am convinced it's the way the office is run.

Terrific doctor. Knowledgeable, smart, explains everything clearly. Does not rush you. I have been seeing him for 18 years now. He's the best family doctor I've ever had. The staffing in the lab needs improvement. It takes forever to have blood drawn in the lab. They are understaffed. It's not uncommon to wait a half hour to have blood work done, depending on the time and day of the week. One time I waited 45 minutes to have blood work done and when I complained, they admitted they were understaffed due to poor management.

After seeing several Dr's for my medical condition with no answers... I returned to DR Aquino who I've been a patient for over 15 years. He gave me answers which nobody else did. Dr. Aquino is great :)

Our family has been seeing Dr. Aquino regularly for nearly 15 years. On my mother's first OV he immediately diagnosed a serious illness previous doctors had not recognized. His sharp diagnostic skills brought my mother relief and extended her life. He is always personable and asks about other family members when one of us visits. He takes time to answer our questions and explain physical conditions and appropriate treatments. All staff have been pleasant and helpful. His nurse is competent and caring. I'm glad he's younger than we are so he can take care of us for many years.
