If you want to be talked down to, he’s your guy. Personally, if I wanted drama with my health care, I would’ve ordered it ahead of time. He may be sound professionally, but who knows? He can’t even listen well to a basic conversation. Not sure if I would trust him beyond that. The ONLY reason I’m sharing this is because if more people had shared their experiences with this guy ( and I know I’m not the only one) I wouldn’t have had to endure this because I depended on internet reviews since I knew no one seeing an ENT.

Dr. Klotz is an exceptional physician in that he actually listens, and doesn't give you the feeling that he can't wait to be done with you. I've only seen him three times,, but I felt at ease on the first visit. I have recurring tracheal stenosis as a result of Covid, and he has to go in and stretch my trachea. He assured me on that first visit that they would take good care of me, and they have. I would recommend Dr. Klotz wholeheartedly to anyone needing an ENT!

Dr. Klotz has been a great ENT for my dad. He is patient, thorough, and prompt. He listens and answers all questions with care. He even remembered that my dad had an issue over the weekend and addressed it without us asking. I would recommend him above any ENT.

Dr. Klotz found my cancer almost 5 years ago. He is the kindest man. He always listens to you with an open mind and you always feel heard. Probably my favorite doctor ever, next to my GP.
