Every person at this practice is kind, caring, supportive, and willing to help in any capacity. Last minute appointments for emergencies can happen and they work with your schedule for regular appointments. Such a rarity in today’s world. Thank you for being patient focused.

Dr. Darst and his whole team were amazing! They are very welcoming and pleasant. No one was rushed or apathetic. I could tell they genuinely cared about my needs and were very knowledgable. They took time to answer my questions and concerns. I was scared about a cancer concern. Dr. Darst and his nurse were so caring and reassuring. They let me know ahead of time and explained before doing anything. They made sure I understood my post care and a number to call for a nurse if needed. Its difficult to find this kind of positive treatment these days. I trust Dr.Darst completely and so thankful I found him.

Infection on face after awful procedure heee. Missed a lot of school & so much unnecessary discomfort. Staff was abrupt, dismissive and unhelpful. After several visits here to try to resolve, we went to another Dermatologist and situation was handled & resolved professionally and with respect.

Office staff is poorly trained. Schedulers, phone staff, and reception staff are clearly unqualified and should not be customer facing.

They’ll treat you in ways THEY want to make money. I came here before as I dealt with tinea versicolor pityrosporum folliculitis, but I didn’t know I had that at the time. They instead said I have diabetes and thyroid issues and that for the other problems on my skin I should get a biopsy and all these unnecessary treatments. They did a biopsy on my sister’s arm for NOTHING and scarred her for life because of it, and now they recommended that to me? Just another way of making money. At the time I was smart enough to say “no”. As I head out, they were trying to charge me with all these eyebag treatments which I didn’t even need? It’s so bad. They were extremely unhelpful and are money-grabbers. I instead went to Charlotte Dermatology which is SO much better and actually helpful for anything you are dealing with, and doesn’t even care about money.

I had a great experience at Darst Dermatology. The entire staff was pleasant, profesional and kind. I was ably to get an appointment right away. Bill (my PA) was excellent and and communicated everything and answered all of my questions. Overall, Excellent experience. I highly recommend.
