I saw Dr. Slovak on August 28th, and was told I would be receiving a call about my treatment. I called the office on September 27 to inquire about treatment. As of today, October 3rd, I still have not heard from their office. Very disappointed.

Had ankle reconstruction surgery in March 2021. 2 tendons and muscle. Dr. Slovak did a great job. Im walking normal now! He is great at explaining things and takes time to answer questions. He is very nice and so is everyone in his office.

After 6 months a MRI and EMG nerve test the Doctor told me there was nothing he could do for my pain. He said the pain in my foot must be coming from my back and that I should see a back Doctor. I wasted time and a lot of money doing what I was told was needed for a diagnosis and was then left with nothing.

Dr. Slovak has been treating me for nerve and toe problems. He has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. He is attentive and professional and shows great concern for my problems. He is trustworthy and kind. I would recommend him to anyone who asks about footcare.

Dr. Slovak has a great personality but when it came to my foot care it was not so great I complained of pain after my foot surgery he said it would get better Informed multiple times it was something wrong finally he realized my screw in my foot came loose. He had to do surgery again my foot has not been right since then.
