I have been going to this place for the last two years and every time its an issue to get me back in the office on time. I don’t understand how it’s important for patience to be on time but not Doctors. Every single time its been over 40min + me waiting to see someone. I missed an appointment with important client some of us do have jobs and are not just here when it’s convenient to the office. Last time Which was in beginning of July 2021 I waited patiently over 30min which they told me it would be another 15min before they can take me in. At this point I’ve had enough my mom was in the car and waiting for me to have lunch. I told them no I am not waiting and asked for a refund of my money I paid in advance it was required. They told me this would be done. I have spoken to Brooke and still no check. She said they had the wrong address guess they couldn’t spell Rickard Drive. I was told another check will be mailed. Its been over two weeks I called earlier this week she wasn’t at the office and no one else does billing at least that’s what I was told. I tried to be patient but I am out almost $300 and clearly no one cares about my refund.

DLV Specialists of the Carolinas has one of the best staff expertise and service variety for patients. As a medical worker myself I have yet to see a friendlier staff with accommodations available for patients to ensure procedures go as easy as possible. The personalities of the staff are fantastic I always leave feeling better than I came in and I enjoy each visit. The expertise at DLV is the best I have come across and is my top choice for any skin or vein issue I have. Highly recommend.

Everyone in the office was very pleasant and Dr. Aaron was excellent and personable. He was very engaging while speaking with my son which made the both of us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office.

Great team very friendly and knowledgable staff. Would be a solid 4 or even 5 stars if they had online bill pay. How is this not an option in 2021? you have 3 not so effecient options. 1. Write your card number on your bill and mail it in. 2. Hope you get someone in billing on the phone or to return your call to pay over the phone. 3. Drive in to pay.

From the nurse at the front desk to the medical assistant in the procedure room to the physician assistant that performed the procedure everyone was amazing and professional. They were genuinely concerned about my problem and promptly addressed the situation. They did this on short notice and I extremely grateful for that.
