I got to the appointment early, and Dr. Dyer and his team helped me earlier than my appointment. Dr. Dyer helped me understand visually why I had the nerve problems I have, using the MRI. Great explanation of next steps and a genuine interest in helping solve my medical issue. No one looks forward to surgery, but after talking with him and his staff, and a lot of prayer, felt more at ease about making the commitment. I feel Dr. Dyer will do an excellent job with the minimally invasive fusion surgery.

This visit was for a second opinion. From the moment I walked in door I was first impressed with directions for getting where I was suppose to be with out talking to anyone. Once at desk and for the remainder of visit I felt respected and was treated very nice by all that I had contact with. Thank you for a great visit.

Dr Dyer’s team has been incredibly supportive with each phase involving my back fusion surgery. His medical assistant Larry Bracia always responded to phone calls and with follow up appointments. Dr Dyer and his team's quick action saved my life! Less than 60 days after being diagnosed with a macro pituitary adenoma I was in surgery. The tumor had crushed my optic nerves and chiasms, was wrapped around my carotid artery, and invading my cavernous sinuses. Dr Dyer went in, and removed all traces of the tumor! I have made a full recovery 60 days post-surgery. Carolina Neurosurgery and spine associates kept me well informed, called, texted, or email me throughout the entire process checking on my health, physically and mentally. They were very encouraging, honest, and communicated with my entire surgical team - endocrinology and neuro-opthamology. Thank you Dr Dyer and team for giving me my life back! I can never forget you!
