It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such knowledge, humor and fantastic bedside manner with outstanding quality of medical care. She was FANTASTIC with my ridiculous anxiety and quickly put me at ease!

After waiting months to get an appointment I showed up 5 minutes late for my annual physical. I was turned away.I said “5 minutes and you are turning me away?”. She explained that in my confirmation email from 2 months ago it stated to be 20 minutes early”. I explained to her that I use the MyChart app and under Review Instructions there is nothing stating to be 20 minutes early. Why don’t you make appointments for people 20 minutes earlier to avoid this confusion? Of course she just had a dead stare and was not open to my feedback. This is the second time I have had horrible experience dealing from the front desk staff. I have been loyal to Novant Health but think they are understaffed or too big to care. This is making me rethink using Dr Brauning and Novant. Ultimately, the doctor made the call to turn me away and has always showed up late for our Telehealth calls. It’s ok for me to wait but not her. Her time is clearly more valuable. Well she has 1 less patient to be burdened by

Takes time to discuss your questions and health; very personable and down to earth - talks in terms anyone could understand - gives more positive feedback on the good things you are doing instead of telling you what not to do; overall, I continue to enjoy and value my health relationship with Dr. Brauning - she always has information and research on the over the counter things you can do to be healthy and how much they help

Very attentive, professional and friendly. Unlike other doctors I have seen in the past, I was not rushed out of the room and all my questions were thoroughly answered. Dr Brauning is also extremely friendly. Her bedside manner is beyond reproach. A doctors office can sometime feel cold and uninviting, I was made to feel at ease and it was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

I went for annual physical. They did the tests (Preventative blood tests). And doctor suggested to do some workouts, eat healthy, and other general suggestions. She asked if I need to discuss any thing. I asked for suggestions for some health issues (common in all women). She said it is normal and suggested daily work outs. No Diagnose, No prescriptions, No tests for this particular thing, all I got is a few words of suggestion. And was charged as separate office visit. Very Bad

Dr. Brauning is an excellent doctor. She is to the point, but always takes the necessary time to review any concerns you have. She is attentive, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor.
