I had surgery - he released me from his care because his protocol said I should be fine. I am not and now have to set up an appointment with a new physician and I'm losing strength in my hand by the day. Very frustrating.

Dr. Gaston and his staff were very personable. I felt like I was in good hands and I felt like everyone took my injury seriously. When I entered the patient room there was someone waiting for me. Immediately after, I went to x-ray. When I came back from x-ray, they were letting me know that they would operate at 12 noon that day. Dr. Gaston took his lunch break to do my surgical procedure. *Dr. Gaston is a Doctor with a heart . *I can’t thank Dr. Gaston enough for his kindness. * I would like to thank his staff for their kindness. *I would recommend all of my family and friends to Dr. Gaston.

**UPDATE** I needed surgery, as I already knew for Carpel Tunnel release and 2 trigger fingers. I had that done @ Novant with Dr. Martin. I had seen several doctors for my hand pain. I was told Dr. Gaston was the best. I was hopeful in my first few visits, starting in Nov. 2019. I saw his PA Even Cline first. We discussed my issues and possible surgery. My last few appointments were rushed. I was offered an injection several time. I tried it a few times, but it didn't help. I kept going back, only to be offered shots. I asked about surgery-told to try the shots again. Frustrated, I saw yet another doctor. To my surprise, I'm in need of Carpel Tunnel release surgery & trigger finger release. I'm not sure why the ball was dropped.

I was extremely pleased with the care Dr Gaston took reviewing the issues with my carpal tunnel. He was able to better explain to me what was going on, why, and how to resolve these issues. Very satisfied with the results of this appointment. Very good doctor!! I would recommend him with high regard to anyone having any type of hand issues. I wish I would have seen Dr. Gaston sooner

Dr Gaston was great, he explained what was going on with my hand and what my best options where for treating it. We agreed on the plan of care. I received an injection and the entire process was completed in about 15 mins.

I was very impressed with Dr. Gaston's treatment of my problem. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his specialty without hesitation. He will certainly be first my choice if a future problem in his area of expertise should occur.
