Heather Gladue's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Gladue is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have total confidence that she has my best interests in mind. I am doing really well and give her full credit for that.

Dr. Heather Gladue is absolutely amazing rheumatologist, extremely skilled and so kind and compassionate. She cares about her patients, listen to them and goes beyond to help out her patients. I highly recommend her with strongest term. She goes every day to work to make a difference for her patients. She changed my life. I can’t thank her enough!!!

I don't usually review doctors, mostly restaurants ;) but Dr Gladue and the staff at AOCC deserve a 5 star rating. I have been a patient here for just over 3 years now. Having an autoimmune disease means I see a lot of drs and frequently. I have been in all sorts of situations and seen plenty ;) Dr Gladue and her staff are the best. She always takes time with me. Orders tests, helps me understand my condition and listens to my concerns . The staff at AOCC are friendly, helpful and kind. I also love the online component, where I can see my test results and email her and the nurses with questions. She is worth the time and drive, I reccomend her and AOCC to anyone looking for a rheumatologist.

I have seen Dr. Heather Gladue for two years. She has improved my quality of life immensely. I can not thank her enough. She is amazing, leaving no problem unaddressed. BEST RHEUMATOLOGIST EVER!!!!Everyone in her office, front desk, lab and xray make a concerned effort to be kind and to help anyway they can. Especially wonderful Camille, her office nurse. AOCC is so fortunate to have Dr. Gladue, so am I.

I have been seeing Dr. Gladue for two years, having been referred by CharlotteSpine. I am 69 yeas old and Dr. Gladue has increased my quality of life immensely. I have never felt so totally cared for as I do now. Her nurse, Camille, responds to me within 30 minutes EVERY single time I need Dr. Gladue. I am extremely thankful for the difference in my life.

Dr.Gladue is always prompt in seeing me at my scheduled time. She has an excellent bedside manner and is knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to me. I never feel like it’s a rushed visit. I definitely would recommend her!!

She’s a great doctor and she LISTENS!! I have to say that she’s one of the few doctors who has listened to my worries, issues and symptoms. She’s made referrals for me that were answered the next day. My primary care doctor can’t accomplish that!! I have fibromyalgia, Sjogren’s, spinal issues and OA. I highly recommend and I don’t do that lightly.

Dr. Gladue exceeded my expectations. She truly cares, listens, and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!!

I originally chose Dr Gladue because she was young and female. However was very disappointed with the care I received. Medication changes were miscommunicated. Referrals to other specialists only after my constant notes. Every visit seemed like the 1st visit. Refills of medications and lab work that's about all.
