I was having a series of severe cyclical respiratory infections. Dr. Levine was able to identify and treat what was causing me so much discomfort. I am very grateful for his help and I am confident my issues will be resolved. Thank you Dr. Levine!

Dr. Levine provided excellent service for me. The surgery went great, and he explained every detail about the nasal procedure and ear tubes I am very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. I Highly recommend.

Avoid this man. Period. He doesn’t listen to what you have to say or pretend to care. He’s the kind of person that asks you what you’re experiencing only to interrupt you after two words to tell you what your answers is even though it’s not even close. Had trouble sleeping early on with CPAP on and would take the mask off after a couple hours so I could try and get some sleep. In a follow up call he said “your numbers look good” and I explained to him clearly and repeatedly that any data being collected was while I was awake because I was having a hard time getting used to the mask only to get “well, your numbers look good.” What’s more, he told my insurance company that my “numbers were good” and that I essentially didn’t have sleep apnea so they didn’t cover it and I had to pay for my treatment out of pocket. Thanks for nothing, doctor.

Dr Levine was thorough, professional and personable. He answered my questions clearly and ensured I had the information I needed.

Dr Levine has always been so patient and kind. My daughter had hearing issues (and anxiety) as a very small toddler when she began seeing him, and she is now 14 years old. He earned her trust when no other doctors could! She looks forward to her visits with Dr. Levine. CEENTA staff are always prompt, professional and courteous. Our family highly recommends Dr Levine to anyone looking for a pediatric ENT.

Dr. Levine is the best ENT I have known. Is honest, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The wait was brief. Front office was efficient. The doctor himself however was either shy, rude or he did not like me as a person. In my experience, he is not an educator, somewhat dismissive and has a poor bedside manor. I'd rather not see him again. I have a follow-up with his PA, I hope she is better. Had I a choice, I would have gone elsewhere.

Google Review: Dr. Joshua Levine Charlotte Ear Nose & Throat Quite simply, Dr. Levine’s negligence on 12/31/2019 put our 9 year olds life in danger. She went in for what he assured us was a routine procedure, one that he assured us he had done many many times before. Her standard practice tonsillectomy and Adenoid removal resulted in severe hemorrhaging of the incisions and ultimately emergency surgery at Levine’s Children Hospital. The staff at Levine’s was amazing, as was the on call ENT Dr. Zachary Cappello. Prior to and post surgery Dr. Levine appeared to be in a very rushed state where he informed us that “they” had him “working two Operating rooms that day” and he was “heading off for vacation”. He was impatient and rushed during both encounters he was impersonal, condescending, operating as though the surgery center was a factory and very poor bed side manner to our daughter and our family.
