I chose this provider because of the five star reviews. My recent experience has not even come close to 5 stars. After my initial appt for bloodwork to determine diagnosis 10 days ago, I have gotten no follow-up even after I have called and sent emails. All I have received from the staff is, "I have forwarded your message to her."

Dr. Doman explained things well and was very kind and easy to understand. The only problem I have had was the wait time in the office was crazy. Then I had a virtual visit and waited with computer in hand for an hour and 15 minutes! I have left messages for an appointment and waited days for a response. I think she knows her stuff, but it is a long distance from my house and then having to wait so long is a problem.

Dr. Doman is one of the most caring physicians I've ever had. I've had kidney problems since birth and have been under a nephrologist care for years. I had a great nephrologist prior to coming to the Charlotte area in 2014. I was concerned about giving up such an important reliance. Dr. Doman has more than set my mind at ease. I value her opinion considerably.

Dr Doman and her staff truly cares for patients. Each time I had to spend some nights in the hospital, she always makes it a priority to visit. She was more of a primary doctor than my primary doctor at that time. There's no question too hard for Dr Doman. I cannot tell you how confident and impressed we are with her.

I wish I could give her a 10!! She takes her time with her patients; you may wait a little past your appt time, to see her but she takes her time with h each and every patient. You will leave her office without any unanswered questions. Dr. Doman is the best doctor I have ever had!!

Communications w/Dr. Doman not very good. Visited her on 2/26/16 as a 2nd opinion for an issue with an ins. co. Numerous requests for assistance have been ignored. There was no discussion regarding an ultrasound report. (I had to visit the office to get the report) The report showed a finding that should have warranted discussion. Have used Patient Portal with no success. If she is not comfortable granting my request, that is fine, she should simply say so..
