I want to thank the staff and providers at Kidzcare North Charlotte. I called for a last minute appointment and without hesitation they accommodated me and they made sure I understood it would possibly be a longer wait time, but my child will be seen. The nurses were very gentle with my child while testing and the doctor was exceptional. I recommend this clinic to any parents that are dealing with scheduling issues at Atrium or Novant Health.

Spends all the time talking in the office and playing around while having a room full of patients waiting to be seen. Takes their time doing everything.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 1:45pm, when we arrive they told us to give a call and when a room is available they’ll give us a call. People drove up and just walked into the building while we were still waiting inside. I had to call to see what was going on and of course when I called the room was finally available. We waited around to get seen by the doctor for at least an hour. I was so frustrated for having to wait so long to be seen we just left. This location has to do better with time management and organization.

I took my daughter here with concerns and constantly asked the doctor about them and was brushed off every time but I knew something was wrong with her, took her elsewhere and she ended up being diagnosed with a heart condition that was constantly ignored by the doctor there any time I voiced my concerns … I’m positive that if I never took her from this terrible office she wouldn’t be okay at all especially since all her issues were brushed off as “babies are different”, “some babies are just small” etc. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The “Doctor” doesn’t seem to care and the staff is rude. They didn’t even check her CORRECTLY at each visit like they’re supposed to. Horrible experience.

All 3 of my kids have been coming here since 2009' and they receive excellent care. The office is very busy because Dr.S and Dr Christina are compassionate doctors. They see all kids with all kinds of conditions. We Love y'all N.C.P💜 I wanted to update this post because I posted it 3yrs ago, since then Dr. S died in a car crash😥 We truly Miss your Sweet Presence hear on Earth. The medical field and this world Truly lost a Phenomenal Doctor, Friend, Mentor, Husband &Family member💜💜💜RIH Dr S🌷 We Love You very Much💜
