I received great service and courteous treatment from the staff and Dr Aronberg through the making the appointment and especially at the appointment. They all made sure I understood my condition and what the procedure will be to correct it. I highly recommend them.

The actual providers I have worked with have been great however the front office andor management for Meck Radiology Associates needs a staff overhaul and a plan for change. Ive had questions about what appears to be double billing between them and Novant that they have no real response for. Recently I received a bill and was a week away from an HSA deposit so I planned to pay on that date. Six days later I got a threatening final notice bill. I looked back at the previous statement and it was dated as mid September though I didnt get it until 3 weeks later. Regardless who sends a letter threatening to turn you over to collections after 1 month over $20?

Always helpful and willing and able to describe complicated procedures. I am grateful for their guidance 👍

Sorry for previous post thought I was reviewing the MRI. My appointment with Dr. Pamarthi went very well he is very warm and kind as is the rest of his staff. I feel very comfortable with him and the treatments. I was disappointed that I did not receive a patient summary for the visit in My Chart I thought I received one last time.

So far Very Good. Have Procedure in two weeks.

Six months ago I was diagnosed with having a tumor on my kidney but at 88 years old I was hesitant wether or not to leave it or have it removed. After meeting Dr. Pamarthi and discussing the pro’s and cons of having it removed by freezing it I felt totally comfortable with my decision to have the procedure.I can not say enough good things how well every thing went from the time I checked in to a few hours later leaving the hospital. Today I went for a follow up visit and was told by the good Doctor that everything is perfect showing me the before and after on my CAT scan.Thank you and God Bless you Dr. Pamarthi and Novant Hospital.

After my previous review Im updating to the newest one. We paid our balance and were squared away and now 2 years after the fact I get a random bill for under $20. They do this to everyone. Truly dishonest. I pay all our bills and legally they find loopholes to charge and go over the contracted rates with insurance. But a petty little bill under $20 2 years later? I dont own them a single penny. You all belong in jail....

I will not come back here. They keep sending bills and nickel and dime. Seen at Matthews Mint HillNovant facility and low and behold I got a bill from them AND Mecklenburg radiology associates clearly stating I was to have received only one bill. I have good insurance but even my insurance was over billed per their contracted rate and I was told by my insurance they can legally charge whatever they want because they are a private business. Well thats truethey probably can but it doesnt make it right. I was there for all of 15 minutes and the pricing is through the roof. I paid the whole bill and other ones keep coming despite the fact that I paid this provider and their own bill says I shouldnt. Its not even clear what its for. While I may owe this money you tell me if its shady to keep adding on costs after a full bill was paid. If you can go to a different radiology place and its not an emergency visit by all means skip this place....they need to improve their billing department in general. My doctor was the one who was clearly going to read my results since she ordered the tests and yet they also charged for reading the ultra sound results. What a joke.
