Dr. Falcone is caring, enthusiastic, very patient, and he really cares about his patients input in their care. He performed my earlobe repair surgery today. Today, I saw Dr. Falcone as a follow up after my allergy testing was completed. He was a cordial, up beat and caring physician. Dr. Falcone was very patient and allowed me to ask questions about the allergy testing. He used layman's term in communicating with me as to what the next steps would be in my sinus issues. I felt very comfortable talking with him. He is tops in books.

Love Charlotte Ear Nose and Throat. Gave me an appointment same day. Dr Falcone could not have been nicer and thorough. His assistant was awesome as well. Recommend this practice to all. Went to the University office.

Besides getting a CT scan and him reviewing it during my appointment, the rest of my appointment was useless. He barely examined me, didnt ask me much about my history of sinus infections and prescribed me a Nasal spray that I have already been taking for years. No explanations or suggestions of how to treat my chronic sinus infections moving forward. One and done for me.

Dr. Falcone is excellent. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is prompt, efficient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I have been to many physicians. I would not consider another physician in the greater Charlotte area for ENT matters.
