Turn around now Dont go in here wish we had trusted our instincts. This is not a caring facility. Please trust and read the reviews. I wish I could get the 10 hours we wasted here only to be treated disrespectfully. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a health care facilityGo to the next hospital or care facility

I can’t speak for the other departments causing low ratings but the overall LD care here was good and the nurses supporting postpartum care here were great along with the onsite lactation consultants. Both the OBs on callrotation during my time here also checked in on me and I had a great epidural experience. Rooms were clean both in Labor and in Family and everyone I interacted with regardless of shift was pleasant my opinion… 5 stars for the maternity team all around.

This the worst place to come to. I came in at 5am on Nov 12th 2021…. It’s now 1120am I haven’t been seen. Everything just says they have no room currently. According to them it’s been like this since Nov 11th. Seriously come on wait time is beyond crazy. I am sure the hospital has a risk manager this is we’re all complaints of the hospital should be sent to because their is no way. If you have an emergency please I say please DON’T COME HERE

Everyone was amazing they do their job with pride and commitment. I feel very comfortable and very welcome.

Phenomenal Obstetrical Care. Compassionate thoughtful providers from the first visit through the post partum unit. We are very grateful for our experience here

The hospital should be able to validate parking for visitors that come to visit a loved one well sick and or dying. Everyone doesnt have the money to pay for parking some of us may use our last little bit of money to put gas in our car to see our loved ones. This should change I do innerstand the first 30 minutes is free but when your loved one requires more than 30 minutes because they may not be here longer that becomes an issue for some. Its almost as of the staff werent empathetic about it. Just because its not YOU in the position of another doesnt give you the right to look down on the case any less. Please can we go back to validating visitors tickets for the sake of all thats been changing and knowing Ill loved ones require more visiting time then the set free 30 minutes. Thank you

Novant is a very special hospital. I have never had a bad experience there. A first class medical center.

Ive had 2 outpatient procedures done at the Center in less than 30 days and both times I experienced Exceptional service in every way

Stay away please.. PTSD still from my visit to the ER.Where to start... I broke my nose while here because they dropped me off of my bed and I struck the concrete wall face first. Had a shirt soaked in blood blankets in blood and a room filled with puddles of blood on the floor bc of broken nose that they never cleaned up. 14 hours I sat like this alone in the ER. I asked to reach out to my loved ones the whole time to no avail. The lead MD or RN? in charge thought a 5 minutes phone call took too much time though he sat at his desk within view torturing me while idly letting the phone sit untouched within his reach as I sat waiting. I was so so helpless alone and scared for 14 hours. I also would beg for water constantly when I should have had an IV in the first place. I started to get treated more ethically once my parentshusband arrived. Neglect would be top of my list as I looked back at my records and had an enlarged right heart atrium and had not been told. When my mom finally arrived she told me my hair was purple because they had let it dry covered and saturated in blood again from the broken nose that they caused. When I could shower they gave me one bar of soap to wash my hair and body. This again after my parents arrived. Until then no water blood soaked clothes and hair and no ability to speak or reach out to anyone.Please dont go here. I was born here and to be treated like this is a disgrace to any human being. I plan on reporting going to the news writing to the papers....anything to assure that this care does not continue. And dont worry Novant I have the medical background and knowledge to do so. HIPAA oaths sworn in by all medical professionals when we pass our boards and receive our licenses were broken. Example do no harm nonmaleficence have been broken. Anyone who thinks of going here should go anywhere else. Anywhere. I went because I trusted in their care and regret it everyday.
