Arrived for appointment at 330 PM appointment time 320 after picking kid from school. I was asked to reschedule stating that the computer shows checked in at 331PM. The Person at reception as well as the Doctor are apparently in agreement to reschedule to a later date. However i thought in either case they should have accomodated. Not a great experience

Always a wonderful experience with Dr. Reynolds his nurse and front desk staff. Feels like family. We have been coming since 2013 and wouldnt change a thing. Always can get an appointment when needed and they are great at staying on time. Perfect when siblings are tagging along prepandemic. All in all a great office

Dr. Janovski is the best He deals with my crazy first time mom questions and anxieties 🤣 He is an excellent doctor and really cares about his patients and parents

Dr. Reynolds has been my children’s doctor since birth. They are now 13 and 5. We could not be more pleased with the level of genuine care and attention Dr. Reynolds always provides. He truly takes a special interest in each patient and his her family. He is one of a kind and I highly recommend him to all parents on the hunt for remarkable care for their kiddos

We see Dr. Janovski and he is AWESOME He is an excellent doctor and always takes time to answer my crazy first time mom questions and messages via MyChart You can tell he cares about his patients but he also cares about the parents too When our son was a newborn and when he had colic Dr J would check in to see how we were doing too— which meant a lot Highly recommend Nurses on the triage line are also awesome. Nursesfront end are also friendly and helpful

Came in for urgent care. Got an appointment same day. Service was fast and friendly. Nurses and staff interacted well and kept us informed every step of the way. Great and exceptional service.

This doctors office will work with you to make sure you are comfortable. The nurses are very caring and sweet. We see Dr. Reynolds and he treats us with a lot of care. He takes the time to talk to me about what is going on how my kids are growing and as well explaining anything I may of questions on. He is a very thorough doctor. I would recommend anyone with littles to go here.

Ballantyne Pediatrics is a wonderful caring medical care team. ALL of the staff are wonderful interact with both me and my children respectful of their patients. Dr. J is very compassionate and I feel confident with his recommendations for my children’s health. The PAs are also great when the Dr is not available. The staff seem to review medical history because there is little repetition on my part.
