The concept of Pace of Southern Piedmont being a One-Stop shop for the elderly is the best thing going. Feel free to stop by and have a look for your elderly love one's, I'm sure they will welcome you with open arms...

This place started out nice! Checking off all the boxes on what a senior citizen needs. Fast forward, it seems that once they have the insurance company paying for the care the medication gets switched to something generic so they can save money I assume. My question is are you still charging the insurance company the same rate and the patient get less than stellar meds! It doesn't seem right at all. I wouldn't recommend this senior care facility. I hope this helps change what I'm almost sure is a common problem at this place.

I hate I put my parents in this place grateful I took them out before they got any worst. They were there only six months and during that time both their health decline and end up in the hospital at the same time. The healthcare is not good at all, they don't take people health serious. They treat senior like prisoners. I rate them a one star but I don't believe they deserve that....

They have a very bad TRANSITION program.

My mother was part of the pace program for 2 years before her passing. The doctor there ignores his patients and does not follow up on any tests. My mother passed away of a cancer that could have been caught earlier, but they refused to do a stomach scan. She asked numerous times for it to be done. If you care for your family at all donot let them join this program!
