I came to him for a 2nd opinion and was in a bit of a rush, since I also work for a Doctor who has a busy schedule. He was more than understanding, his bedside manner was remarkable! He answered questions & educated me about the area we were discussing. His staff was friendly & professional, keeping smiles on their faces. I came to him nervous, but was overly satisfied when I left today. I work with Ophthalmologists & I went back bragging about this Doc. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need.

It was a very nice Doctor answered my questions and explained what happened to my leg and that it can be treated it gave me hope , and I felt I am with the right doctor that can help me .

I was a little confused finding the entrance into the complex but that was the misleading guidance of Maps. Once I was in and parked there was a very nice lady sitting in the first set of double doors that lead me to the correct entrance and the floor I needed. Everyone at the receptionist counter was so kind and efficient. My wait time to be called back to a room to see the doctor was fairly short but my time in the room before seeing the surgeon was just short of 2 hours. This was not expected, however the nurse was amazing making me aware of the doctor being held up unexpectedly in surgery and offering snacks, water and the restroom. The good thing is we travel everywhere with devices that allow us connection outside of the space we're confined to so Steve Harvey and Family Fued kept me entertained when I wasn't writing. The doctors surgical assistant popped in to get some questions answered and a few minutes later the surgeon was in. Dr. Orland was extremely knowledgeable, kind, apologetic for my wait and efficient. We discussed my issue and I felt up to speed. He told me to take some time to make a educated decision and call his surgical scheduler with my decision. Everyone was professional, kind, aware of my time and obviously well skilled in their role. My time with the surgeon was approx 20 minutes which was sufficient for what I needed. This let me know that had Dr. Orland not been taking care of his patient I would probably been out in the most efficient way. Time is not wasted in this office and the patient is very important. I feel like I'm in great hands with this office and the surgeon. I made the decision to go through with the surgery, I'll check back in afterwards.
