1st visit today.Timely and was diagnosed and treated in the same day.Staff is outstanding especially Paige.1st class outfit .

Considering Susan put my medication on hold for no reason and made everything difficult it caused me to be out of my medication for about a week. Because of this, I became very upset and frustrated with this entire office. Liz, I believe is her name, works not only very hard but very understanding of basic human necessities. Liz had stayed a few minutes extra on one of her shifts to ensure that my pharmacy transfer and the fact that I would actually get my medication before the weekend went through, unlike Susan and Dr.Paviol himself. I’m sure they were very very busy, but I wanted to come on here to share my experience with liz. Every time I’ve talked to her, my mother talks to her, she is nothing but the absolute best. She is very welcoming, acknowledged my frustrations, and immediately expressed solutions to my problems. With all respect to Dr. Paviol and Susan, Liz is someone that deserves all the good things that I hope come her way and should be made sure by you two, in my opinion. Way to go Liz! She is the reason I am staying with this dermatologist.

Dr Paviol and his aesthetician Hannah saved my face! When other places said there wasn’t anything more I could do while breastfeeding they helped me. First pic was December 23 and now it’s July 24. No filter and no makeup. Even the scaring is barely noticeable now. Hopefully I can do microneedling next to help with that.

Dr. Paviol was amazing. Had a great experience and would recommend the practice to anyone needing a quality dermatologist.

Found this practice online and after reading the reviews here, I was excited to visit them for a consultation - especially since they're near my house. So I filled out their online form for an initial consultation on a Monday. Had to submit lots of personal information including full insurance coverage data, addresses, birthdays, etc. Never heard back. Called them on Wednesday to follow up. Received callback on Thursday morning and then called them back later in the day when I could. On the first call I was put on hold for several minutes and had to hang up and call back. The second call back the person couldn't hear me. Hung up and called back again. When I was finally able to speak with someone, it wasn't clear that they even received my online form - which was unsettling. It seems that had they received it, they would have followed up without me having to call them to follow up. Then the person on the phone began asking questions that I'd answer but evidently I wasn't answering correctly. After about 5 minutes of this, I had to end the call. The whole process felt strange for a medical practice. I'm sure they're fine doctors, but the gatekeepers I dealt with lacked tact and professionalism. And that's a reflection of the practice. Yes, I know they'll respond here and apologize and politely spin it to make it look like I was the problem - but for me, there was no way I was going to feel comfortable with them based on this initial discourse. That's too bad. Now it's back to square one.

Quick appointment and prescribed exactly what I needed. First class all around.

Overall great experience. The staff is very friendly & welcoming! I appreciate their thoroughness, attention to detail, & organization. Thank you for a great first visit. Will continue going to them for future dermatologist appointments!

Dr. Paviol was wonderful & the staff as well from the minute I walked into the office, there was a genuine feeling of care & concern. Dr. Paviol answered all my questions & concerns & I never felt rushed at all as compared to another Dermatologist I had visited previously. Highly recommend!

I am 22 years old and everyone there is just so nice and thoughtful. They explain everything well and allow me to ask as many questions as I want. I've seen great results with my acne. Thanks!

Dr Paviol is very professional and personable. He focuses on skin and skin care (preventative). In Addison, he will provide product options for skin care. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. You will not be disappointed!
