I’d like to share my very honest opinion about my loved one’s stay at Pineville Rehab. It was a bumpy start. There were issues that needed to addressed, requests that went unfulfilled, missing articles of clothing. I’m happy to say that, after roughly about a month of rough spots, Pineville Rehab has really pulled through for my loved one. My wife is very comfortable, very restful, very peaceful, very clean, smiling, singing. The nurses are doing their very best to make sure my wife gets the best care she deserves. They are answering all my questions and are marking sure my wife’s needs are all taking care of.I’d like thank each and every one that is involved in her care, from the Lynn, the receptionist, (thank you for your patience with me in the beginning) to the DN, Melissa, the Director, Anita, and the floor nurses, and CNAs for their selfless dedication.

Pushed a veteran out of the facility while Medicaid case still pending. Not a good facility. Adult protective services should investigate this place. The VA should not send patients here.

Pineville rehab has a very caring staff. They are caring, sincere and always very professional. Very pleased with our interactions with this facility everyone.

My loved one is fairly new here and we are still ironing out the bumps, etc. The staff has been pretty responsive to my queries and are doing the best they can to address them. I’m certain it will all work out very soon.

My mother-in-law has been here for 4.5 years. Overall we are very happy. There will always be days when something happens we don't like, but the staff is very responsive to our questions and needs. My MIL says they are good to her. Those last two points are what matter most. The director, John Fricke is very accessible, as is Heather O'Cain, the director of nursing. Julie Carter, director of activities is one of the most caring and loving people I have ever met. The RNs and LPNs we have been in contact with are attentive and seem to know my MIL well. This last year has been very hard on all of us, but we have continued to receive weekly letters by email and US mail, letting us know what was going on inside. Laptops and staff were made available to FaceTime with residents. I don't know what more we could ask for.
