Went to Mallard Creek Surgery Center for an outpatient L5-S1 microdiscectomy on June 23, 2023 under Dr. Chapman. The staff was very attentive to my need; and were very caring before and after my procedure to ensure that I was in the best possible condition following my procedure. Considering that it is too far a distance for me, I would highly recommend this facility if you need an immediate procedure under the physicians of OrthoCarolina.

Excellent experience from start to finish for my foot surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Jones. This is the second surgery he has done for me. The staff at Mallard Creek Surgery Center were attentive and incredibly pleasant. They listened to my concerns and alleviated them. This was the best surgical experience I’ve ever had.
