The least patient friendly facility I’ve ever dealt with! They called me 2 weeks before surgery and demanded I pay in advance for their “cost estimate” which was way higher than what my insurance quoted. They said they will refund me for what they overcharged me after the surgery and after they go through my insurance! So basically, they want to borrow my money for several weeks without interest. If they cared about patients, they would bill AFTER the surgery and after the insurance processes, like every other healthcare provider in this country. I won’t be recommending this surgery center to anyone. It still remains to be seen if I’m able to get a refund for what I overpaid.

I've already shared my review of the incompetents of these doctors I've also read all the reviews I could find more bad than good but yeah when you pull the website up it shows you 5 stars even the review set up is incompetent go figure

I recently needed to have an outpatient surgery at the Southpark Surgery center for one of my ears. As this was my first surgery ever... And the fact I have a legit fear of needles... I had a LOT of anxiety going in. Once they were finished with my intake and issuing my id band... They took me back to a holding area where they prep their patients for surgery. All along the way, I was vocal about my fears... And was met with the most amazingly compassionate nurse, Sandra. She put a patch behind my ear as an extra precaution for post surgery nausea (I didnt have ANY nausea post surgery), and was kind enough to numb my hand as quickly as possible before inserting the IV (which she taped up real good before placing the blanket over my hand so I wouldn't see it when she was done). I believe my anesthesiologist was Alaina (I asked Sandra to write down names for me so I could write this review) -- though... Before handing me off to Sandra in the holding area, I was greeted by another nurse who was equally as calming and reassuring... And theres a good chance this nurse was Alaina. (Some of the details are blurry bc anxiety hah).My anesthesiologist walked me through what to expect, asked me several questions to make sure she had all the information she needed, then informed me she would be back after I spoke with Dr. Gold to administer the first injection to relax me.Dr. Gold visited me, asked a few additional questions.. Answered my own remaining questions and then said he'd see me in the Operating Room. The anesthesiologist popped back in, administered some medication to relax me... And then we qere wheeling back to the OR. Upon arrival, they asked me to move to the operating table, positioned my head on a donut type of holder, the second medication was administered, and I was OUT. Next thing I knew, I was sucking on a grape popsicle :-)Long story short- EVERYONE.. Top to bottom in the Southpark Surgery Center was A+ with their care and compassion. I will have to return for the same surgery on my right ear at a later date, and I feel SO much less anxious than I did before. A great part of that has to do with Sandra and the rest of the team at CEENTA and tje South park Surgery Center. THANK YOU to ALL of you!!
