I can't remember all the names, but there were so many. Every single person here was kind, courteous, and upbeat. They were professional and knowledgeable as well. I worked with at least 1 nurse, 2 anesthesiologists, a number of OR crew, and several more who were likely nurses. Each one of them made me feel like I was their top priority, and NONE of them made me feel like a burden or hassle, which has happened a few times in my life, just never at Novant. From the bright, cheerful, and helpful lady at the front desk downstairs to the discharge nurses who made me feel like I'd lost no dignity while they helped me into real clothes (and therefore saw my birthday suit), I got the impression that they enjoyed their work, enjoyed their patients, and simply enjoy life. If I need the services again, this is where I want it done. Also, shout out to Vick and Richard, the last two voices I heard before lights out, for that last second easing of the anxiety for someone being put under and cut into for the first time.

I was in for a minor surgery and I had Jessica H as a Nurse. She was rude and very mean to me. I thought nurses were suppose to be nice,she let me lie in pain and would not come and check on me when I called. She should be fired because she was negligentful.
