My mother had a procedure done today. This was by far the best service and care she has received in her life!!!! Everyone was so professional and so caring!!! My mother doesn’t speak English well and this is always an obstacle, not here! Thank you so much to the whole staff! From the very initial contact to the doctor to the nurses! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Please keep up the great customer service!!!!!!

Called me on a masked number so my phone did not recognize or answer. Tried calling back on the number given in the VM and no one ever picked up. Called the direct line that called me and no one picked up. This is day before surgery and cannot reach anyone to answer some questions. Not impressed so far.
