I have been there twice in the past month. Both times I had the best time ever. The staff is funny, caring, and very knowledgeable. I wish I wrote down everyone’s name so I could name them personally. However I do remember one, Andrea Baldwin, she was the only familiar face from my first time there. She ACTUALLY remembered that I had requested to listen to The Greatest Showman soundtrack in June while in surgery. Since I don’t remember anything from that one, she played it all the way to the surgical room for me. I loved it and I felt special. I am certain that Dr. Krug enjoyed it just as much as I did if not significantly more!

This is a phenomenal team of professionals!! From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave everyone is amazing!! The teamwork, compassion, smiling faces and excellence. The comradery between the staff is outstanding.

I love Dr. Minkowski, and Novant Health Presbyterian hospital. The best care I've ever experienced in my life. Had cataract in right eye removed. Was very professional, caring, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The nurses were so caring and surgeon and his team were very efficient. Would recommend to anyone to Horizon. Thanks to all for their support, time and so caring. Going back on the 18 of this month for left end! Linda Sninchak

This organization & the people employed here ARE EXCELLENT, CARING & THOROUGH. My surgery & the process yesterday was TOP SHELF!!! A person couldn't ask for a better place to have surgery & the care that was provided by them. I've lived in various places in the U.S. & overseas..this facility, staff, & physicians are TOP NOTCH!!

Dr Loew was great and my gallbladder removal went well but I’m leaving a review bc the nurses are truly amazing and go above and beyond to provide comfort and keep you relaxed. They were all friendly and somehow managed to stay on top of so many different tasks to keep everything moving smoothly.
