The office was very clean, easy to find, and full of friendly, professional staff. My PRK procedure went extremely well, and the doctors made sure I was comfortable, well informed, and had the best after-care possible. They were very helpful overall; from helping me secure a discount through my insurance to making sure I fully understood every part of the process from surgery prep through after care, they have been very responsive and happy to answer any questions I have had. Getting PRK in both eyes (yes, even my eye with astigmatism) has been LIFE CHANGING!!! I used to have -7.25 & -6.5 prescription in contacts…. Now I have 20/20 and even better than 20/20 in one eye! It’s truly amazing to just be able to wake up and see clearly. And because I don’t wear contacts anymore, my chronically red eyes are now white! This is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I am very happy I chose Dr. Moyzeyani for my surgery. He comes very highly recommended by my regular eye doctor as well as former patients, and I can see why. Thank you Dr. Moyzeyani & your amazing staff!!

Quick excellent experience! I had a consultation for lasik surgery and everything was thoroughly explained. Luckily there was a cancelation and I was able to get surgery the next morning! Hours later I could see perfect! The procedure was painless and comfortable. I recommend Dr. Mozayeni he will change your life!

Yrs. ago. I had Lasik surgery by Dr. Mozayeni. later my eye gave trouble and Gaston Eye told me he took off too much cornea.Too many years went by and it was too late to sue him so I was stuck. I had to get a cornea transplant and my cornea is not shaped right so it's hard to get contact lens to stay in it's too late to sue him but I would not recommend him at all. He took off 270 on the surgery but Gaston Eye said it should have been 250

I had PRK done back in March and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations! Everyone at Providence Eye & Laser made everything so easy for me. Dr. Mozayeni was very thorough when explaining the procedure, detail by detail and on the day of surgery, he was very gentle and talked me through the whole thing (I was a little nervous). I would do it all over again for the vision I have today. It’s absolutely amazing! I still can’t believe I can wake up in the mornings and see my alarm clock without glasses/contacts. It’s a blessing. Huge thank you to everyone at Providence Eye & Laser, I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Excellent job all around. Five minutes into the initial consultation I could tell Dr. Mozayeni and this office was head and shoulders above the other options I looked into. Dr. Mozayeni's expertise was on another level and the entire operation in the office was impressive. He made me very comfortable with my options and the decision to move forward with the surgery. The results have been great and I am highly satisfied with the entire process.

Had lasik done by Dr. Mozayeni 12 years ago. The results were satisfactory. I payed for a package that included lifetime corrections if my eyes became myopic again. My eyes did become myopic again to the point I needed correction in order to drive. Went to see Dr. Mozayeni. They said I had 20/15 vision, perfect. They are either incompetent or they didn't want to honor their contract and lied. I wend to Horizon Eye Care and received the correct glasses.

I had surgery in May of last year which has greatly improved my vision and I have had no complications or set backs since then. The doctors and staff are very kind, courteous and prompt in their delivery of information without trying to sell you on their services but giving you the information to decide whether or not it's right for you. I would happily return to their office if needed but as that is unlikely, I highly recommend them to anyone seeking corrective eye surgery.

I didn't get a warm, friendly vibe from this Dr. but he was civil enough, and did the job decently which is what I came to him for. Staff is okay. Nothing spectacular about this practice. Prices were fair.

Dr. Mozayeni actually recommend this surgery to me 2 years ago and when I found out he was doing this surgery now I was wanting to get the rain drop inlay. The staff and doctor are very nice ,and explain every thing well. They do a great job at making sure what your eyes need. I always had 20/10 but in the last 5 years or so I couldnt see to read it was very bury and low light conditions made it worst.I had the Raindrop inlay surgery and now my vision at distance and close are both 20/10.
