Dr. Flores is the best, kind, caring and el mejor doctor. He performed cataract surgery on mom and everything went good, he explained everything to mom in her language (spanish) so she could understand and we’re scheduled for the other eye soon. Gracias Dr Flores!

Dr. Flores has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. As a Glycoma suspect, he has replaced a lens with caroact surgury in one if my eyes last year also. He is the best there is for his specialty! I so glad to have him as my eye doctor. :)

Today was my scheduled laser appointment with Dr. Robert Flores, MD - Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat. Dr. Flores and his nurse made sure to explain the procedure and necessary steps prior to my appointment, during and after, which will allow proper drainage in my right "brown" eyes (which is 2 step procedure for me). I can say the care they have given is so much appreciated! I would refer any patients with Glaucoma in their family - Robert Flores, MD - Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat is certainly the best for prevention and treatments! Thank You so much and I will see you both soon for my left eye. Priscilla English

Dr. Flores just completed Cataract surgery on both of my eyes, one in December 2020 and the other in January 2021. My eyesight is extremely better and I would highly recommend him. After my first meeting, I was very comfortable as he explained my problem and the surgery completely. I had him schedule the surgery as soon as he was available. He was very professional and caring. I received a call from him both nights of my surgeries to check on me. He and his staff were amazing!!
