S. Brett Heavner's Online Review Report Card

For my eye floater, didn't want to wait til the end of the month do without an appointment, I stopped to see if they could get me in there sooner. The receptionist wa wonderful. She made calls in other area and none of them would answer the phone. A patient didn't show up for her appointment so they got me in. Thank you CEENTA! Thank you Dr.Allen.

Went to see Dr. Heavner and he was able to tell me what I needed to do to resolve my issue. He actually listen to what I needed and was very nice.

I’m Posting this for my husband Frederick Yeary who saw Dr Heavener today and asked me to post his words… “I saw Dr Heavner today for an endoscopy. I can’t say enough about what a kind and caring Doctor he is. He was careful and easy with the procedure. In my books he is an exceptionally good Doctor!”

Dr. Heavier, is very kind and knowledgeable. He always makes me feel at ease.

Dr Heavner, was very knowledgeable as well as kind and he made me feel very comfortable. Always a pleasure to have a doctor who will make you feel your care is important to them.

Dr. Heavner is wonderful. I have to see him very seldomly, but he always remembers me, remembers the issue I have and is quick to help. He is very thorough with his follow up and has a nice bedside manner. Also, he doesn't keep you waiting ... I didn't even sit down in the waiting room before the nurse called me back. I have recommended friends to him as well and all are happy with the results.

My daughter would have been a new patient here but the day of her appointment (today, 9/8/21) I didn’t get off work until 7am (I work way across town in Mooresville so getting off at 7am was totally unexpected) but in spite of the situation I was still pushing to make her appointment however right at about 7:14am it finally began thundering and lightening very heavy (was literally seeing the plasma coming all the way down in my parking lot) so I was unable to make a call to reschedule until around 8am. When I called and rescheduled I was told about a $50 no call no show fee so I explained to the lady rescheduling, what had happened (she seemed totally unconcerned) I then waited about 10 minutes to try to speak with someone in billing about the situation, and as I am right in the middle of giving a full account of what happened the guy very impatiently interrupted me and cut me off mid conversation to ask me what I needed to do (VERY VERY RUDE!) I told him, “ I was getting to that” and I told him that I needed to speak to billing about excusing any no call no shows appointment and was told that if I received any bill in the mail that it would be waived as a courtesy. I said thank you, but again; being very impatient and rude, I was hung up on! I didn’t even get to experience the service of Brett which is a disappointment since he had came so highly rated by other people here. Customer service is very important especially when dealing with potential clients because a 1st impression is everything, but with the way I was treated today I am feeling very uncomfortable with the environment of the staff there. Some of the staff need a refresher in customer service and professionalism because how you treat a person could make or break a business and mean the loss of future clients and money. I am no longer sure if I’ll be keeping my child’s appointment and am actively looking to see what other office I can find.

Dr Heavner and the entire staff at his practice at the Steele Creek area office are amazing. From the minute you walk in until you leave the checkout desk, everyone is professional and pleasant and helpful when needed. I've been to this office 4 times, twice for Dr Cervantes and twice I've seen Dr Heavner. In my opinion they are both excellent doctors. Today I saw Dr Heavner for allergy testing. He discussed the results and treatments very thoroughly with me and answered all my questions clearly. I'm so thankful I found this practice.

Dr Heavner was the doc to whom I finally submitted my awful sinuses! His patience and understanding made my care so much easier, and I applaud his professionalism and knowledge. He is a terrific ENT and I cannot imagine seeing anyone else.

I found Dr. Heavner on google after reading reviews on many different ENT specialists…. The reviews did not disappoint. I’ve seen a lot of doctors for my sinusitis and breathing issues over the years. I saw Dr. heavner and he immediately knew what was wrong, scheduled me for surgery, and communicated all aspects of my diagnosis and surgical procedure clearly. I am so thankful for Dr. Heavner (:
