I am very dissatisfied at the visit with Dr. Ford on yesterday. Firstly, an Xray was taken prior to seeing the doctor to explain why an Xray would be necessary for an injury that he was only a second opinion of. Secondly, I felt my visit was rushed bc I had multiple questions. Lastly, Dr. Ford NEVER discussed the Xrays, and when I asked the nurse if he was going to come back in to review his findings I needed to wait again until he came out of another room.. The visit was a waste of time, money, and insurance need.
