Dr Jernigan performed surgery on me 4 years ago for a pituitary tumor. My life and health have been altered negatively ever since and forever. I recently learned that there were other options that could have resolved the issue without surgery and my lifestyle would not be destroyed. Dont ever use this dr without researching your options yourself because she will not advise you.

Dr Jernigan is informative and knowledgeable that I was confident to receive my surgery and medical care from her. Her office is always well organized, friendly and professional. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment. What else can I say “ she is a great surgeon”. Mimi McMahon

Dr. Jernigan was very thorough and professional. She did not seem hurried and answered all questions. Also she showed compassion for difficult decisions that need to be made.

Dr. Sarah Jurnigan is an amazing person and such a great doctor who seems to love her staff. I have had multiple appointments with her and she just doesn't change. She is very meticulous with getting all records and Images pertaining to our cases. I will be going into surgery for a Shunt next week, so I will follow up to let you know how it all went.

My son Avery sees Dr. Sarah Jernigan for continuous monitoring of a neurological condition which may or may not need surgical intervention. Her office is clean and inviting with polite and friendly reception staff. Her office also has easy to access parking. Dr. Jernigans personal administrative assistant Nancy Hines makes a scheduling complicated appointments painless And she has the most kind and calming demeanor which makes her approachable. As a matter of fact all nurses, and medical assistant I have encountered who assist Dr.Jernigan interact with patients in a kind and non judgmental approach while demonstrating competence as well. I feel my son is in competent AND caring hands with Dr Sarah Jernigan. I respect and trust her medical opinion. Working with surgeons in my own career, I know that my son is lucky to have Dr. Sarah Jernigan on his case. It appears that she practices with the ethos that no surgery is better than surgery but if she does have to perform it it will be in skilled and competent hands. She also takes the time to answer questions no what which makes me feel as though I could approach her for any issue regarding her area of expertise and not feel embarrassed to do so. She also gives equal attention to myself and my husband and addresses any of our concerns. Most importantly she sees my son as a person and not just a baby with a medical condition to be “fixed”. This is important to me.

Dr. Jernigan is amazing. I trust her with my life. She is the most personable Doctor I have ever met. She creates a comfortable friendly environment with her presence. I would wait to see her before seeing anyone else. She performed my Chiari Malformation surgery 2 years ago and I have had nothing but a successful recovery. I highly recommend her for anyone! I love her.

Dr. Jernigan and her staff are amazing! Dr. Jernigan is a kind, compassionate and caring surgeon. She always takes time to explain everything to our family in a way we can understand and never makes us feel rush. I can't say enough great things about her. She is a blessing to our family.

Dr Jernigan and her team are exceptional. She has not only treated me with kindness and exceptional care, she has given me hope, repeatedly. When you have a long term progressive condition, that is more important than you can know. And God is using her to come up with medical
