My friend highly recommended Dr. C. We really agree he is so professional and friendly! And his staffs are so nice too. My kids feels happy to visit his office every time. They won't be over charged, which makes us feel trustworthy too.

Staff hospitality is pathetic. Scheduling rep has no patience and very rude with patients. The optometrist has no smile or eye to eye contact and has no basic courtesy or politeness to handle the questions from patients. If it was not for the Dr Sarit I would never ever go here. This is my experience as of dec 26th dec 2019.

Although I think Dr. Catchatoorian is amazing, the eye care group - MyEyeDoctor - he is now a part of absolutely is not. I had an issue with my eye and called after hours. I was told the office was closed but that a doctor would call me back within 30 minutes. Which they didn't. I ended up going to urgent care and was diagnosed with a scratched cornea. I called back to the eye doctor the following morning to see if I could get something more for the pain. The girl handling the "on call" service literally argued woth me about whether or not someone was to have called me back rather than try to assist me with getting help. I ended up disconnecting the call and redialing. Spoke with someone else and she put me in touch with a doctor office (who also couldn't help without an appointment). This group is terrible and their in call desk was not helpful at all. I believe after my experience this weekend I'll be switching doctors to a group that actually does what they say and also treats patients with respect.

The machine he has to do peripheral vision testing is awkward and hurts my neck. I have asked him to put the machine on a table with adjustable height so I could do this test, but was ignored. His knowledge is adequate, but I'm not happy with my recent experiences with his office.
