I am extremely upset at this clinic, first of all the treatments did not work for me as I anticipated… I did six sessions, and then I got two complementary ones because the first six sessions that I paid for did not work, the two complementary sessions that I got did not work as well. The real reason that I am super upset is what I had to go through with the lady in the reception area, I am a super nice person and I understand that things happen and I already had my appointment rescheduled twice last minute when I was waiting outside of the door…. I understand that things happen and that is not the problem…what upset me is the last minute call canceling my appointment when I have to drive 50 minutes to get to the clinic. They say that they get to the clinic at 8:45 in my appointment was at nine, and I understand why they call me so last minute, but this is upsetting because I drive 50 minutes to get there . The receptionist said to me on the phone “for you being also in the industry, you have to understand that things like this happens “, and I understand that is true, but she did not have to speak to me that way, and again it happened to me 10 minutes before my appointment when I was already at the door. I was not going to leave a really bad review, but today made me want to leave this review because this is extremely upsetting. I then had to reschedule one of my clients to Sunday to try to get an appointment for the following day with them, and when I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist told me that she had actually scheduled my appointment for the following day after I asked. I explain to her that I moved around my whole entire schedule to try to fit in there, and I don’t know where the confusion might’ve happened, and I try to make everything work to get into the appointment, and we ended up doing another type of laser session. While I was in the reception area, I saw the lady walk into the back, saying “Jesus Christ“ in regards to me trying to make today work, because it was originally what I had scheduled for. I think the overall confusion was from the receptionist, and I really wish you would’ve treated me with more respect and kindness, because I was just upset over the fact that my appointment was rescheduled twice last minute and with my busy schedule I didn’t get the opportunity to do my appointments correctly because of how many times they had to reschedule me just please treat people with kindness .

I just called to get some pricing and the lady answering the phone was eating and could barely get her words out. She said, Im sorry I'm eating a cookie. I know its a different time these days. But I still feel that we dont lose our principles and values. Basically thought it was rude and very unprofessional. Nobody don’t wanna hear anybody chewing on their food and swallowing while their talking business.

The office was very clean & neat. Everyone was very professional, my treatment went well. Noticed no hand sanitizer in my treatment room but there was a sink to wash your hands.

very efficient and helpful. in fact this was probably my most positive exper ience with a doctors office EVER. the entire staff was patient, calm, nice, and super efficient.
