NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!! It says wait and your call will be answered in the order it was received and then sends you to someone’s voicemail which I’m sure is their way of nicely hanging up because leaving a message is pointless. THEY WONT RETURN YOUR CALL.

they never pick. the phone, their urgent care/ walk in wasn't great. There was no pediatric doctor that could see my son for 3 weeks when he is sick now. so I walked out. the receptionist and security guard was nice though.

They're not good at answering calls or returning calls. Even the pharmacist says it's a waste of time trying to call them.

I visited this dental clinic twice. Dr. Madulapally has been my dentist. Het treatments have been painless. She is an outstanding dentist. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a five star. Thanks to CW Williams for bringing her aboard. God bless her career.

A few of the ladies at check in are rude and have bad attitudes. A newer female employee talks very loud in front of other patients about your personal bill and how much you owe. Very unnecessary..

I'm glad this place exists, one of the few places doing FREE COVID-19 tests that don't require you to have a car, CVS denied me because I don't have a car and couldn't go through the drive-through COVID test.My only quarrel is that my results apparently are going to take 5-7 days to come back, which is significantly longer than anywhere else I've heard and kind of ridiculous, so be prepared for this. Thankfully I'm 80% sure my results will come back negative, but be weary of this if you require a speedy test. However, it is free and accessible if you don't have a car. Just bring an ID.COVID tests start at 9:30am regardless of what else you might hear, I was told different times by different employees unfortunately, but mistakes do happen.Everyone I spoke to was very kind and respectful, I waited outside since I was there to get tested and didn't want to be inside because of my possible exposure. There are signs posted inside that say "all patients will be seen regardless of ability to pay" which was great to see, this place strikes me as one of the few medical centers in Charlotte that actually cares about lower-income folk.
