Dr. Nyame and his staff are amazing! He treated me like a friend from the start, and I never could have dreamed for better results! Aisha, Kristy and everyone there was exceptional!

For many years I was in search of an amazing plastic surgeon to give me a breast lift without implants due to a 60lb weight loss, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. I went to a few consultations with different doctors but none felt like “the one” for me. Shortly after moving back to Charlotte last year, I found Dr. Nyame on Instagram and I immediately knew he was going to be the one to deliver exactly what I wanted. A contoured, lifted, and natural look. His team is absolutely amazing. Aisha helped me every step of the way from the very beginning to the very end. She was so kind, personable, and professional. Always a quick call or email away to address any concerns or needs I had throughout the process. When I got home from surgery, I noticed she left a sweet note for me in my bag also signed by the other nurses and the anesthesiologist. She really went out of her way to make my surgery day even better. All of the nurses were amazing as well and made sure I was comfortable and happy. I felt so cared for by everyone at Charlotte Plastic Surgery!! I’m currently 3 days post op and I could not be more happy with my results and how everything went. What I have been envisioning for so many years has finally became a reality for me thanks to them. I would do it over again in a heartbeat!

Dr. Nyame is professional yet personable. He listens and does superior work. He’s not arrogant and he delivers on his promise. My only issue is that I didn’t have him perform my original tummy tuck. However, I’m glad I discovered him for my revisions and follow-up lipo.

From the initial consultation to post surgical follow ups, Dr Nyame and his team (shout out to Christy and Aisha) were fantastic. He answered all my questions, was forthcoming as to what to expect and was professional while being personable.I would recommend him to anyone interested in plastic surgery. Dr Nyame, Kristy and Aisha are an awesome team!!!! From completing paperwork to the actual surgery, this staff rates a 💯!! It took me years to decide to make the surgical step. Dr Nyame’s work was a game changer! I can now exercise and move around without pulling a muscle in my back . Oh how, I wish I’d had this years ago. Superb job Dr. N!

I’ve wanted a BA for years and never had the opportunity or time off of work to do it because of my profession. When I finally had some down time to do it, I saw Dr Nyames work, which was amazing. and read reviews from patients who praised his bedside manner - both of which are very important when choosing which surgeon is right for you. He made sure to figure out what size implants were right for me and made sure to explain why the implant we went with would be the best fit. I had surgery on 08/25 and have healed wonderfully. I had absolutely no complications and I have no complaints. Im now comfortable in my own skin and have the breasts I’ve always wanted. I wish I had seen Dr Nyame sooner! I recommend him to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

My experience with Dr. Nyame and his team was outstanding from first meeting until well after surgery. After concerning consultations elsewhere, I chose to hang in there until Dr. Nyame was available and that patience was the best decision I could have made in support of my wellbeing. He treated me well personally and surgically, dedicating himself to doing everything possible to achieve my desired results - not an easy task! I had a major breast reduction under his care. My sole aim was to restore the quality of life I had before being saddled with giant breasts. Despite being a large-bodied, middle-aged woman, the surgical outcomes were excellent. More importantly, I felt heard, respected, and valued as a person throughout the entire process. It was clear to me that Dr. Nyame's only goal was my goal - he never imposed his own agenda, aesthetic, or preferences on my case. On the day of surgery, he went above and beyond to achieve the results I wanted and I have had a new lease on life ever since. My best tips for breast reduction recovery: order several different types of post-op bras and have them on hand for options - it's impossible to predict what type you'll want ahead of time; Ekouaer brand button down pj's are dreamy - order them in your pre-op size and they'll accommodate swelling and get you through the whole recovery time; for sleeping, get a foam wedge and a u shaped pregnancy pillow - put the u upside down so that it cradles your butt and the sides keep you from rolling over then pile whatever pillows you need into the center; be patient be patient be patient with swelling and the desire to buy lots of cute new things - buy just a couple new things at 6 months and go wild at 10 months.
