I recently had a new patient visit with Dr. Adamson. I went to him for a second opinion on my “supposed” need for a cervical fusion. Dr. Adamson’s assessment … no need for a fusion! He was thorough in his explanation of my problem and path forward to bring pain relief. Dr. Adamson has a great patient rapport … I highly recommend him.

Dr. Adamson listen to my back pain story and my unsuccessful surgery followed by his recommendation that I come back and have a CT scan. I found him to be most professional and look forward to our second visit when we can discuss the results of the CT scan and how we can alleviate my spinal pain.

I trust Dr. Adamson with my surgery and never doubted my care at Carolina Spine and Neurological Center. Everyone has been so great! Dr. Adamson was recommended to me by so many of my friends and I loved him as soon as I met him!

2 back surgery's in 2022 for 2 different problems. One could be seen on an MRI and 1 Could not. First surgery made it possible for me to walk again using Minimal Invasive Surgery but I was still having lower back pain. Dr. Adamson suggested putting a cortisone shot in the area that he thought was causing the problem. If I got immediate temporary relief he would know where the problem was and he felt that he could fix it. I got immediate temporary relief and he did MIS surgery again and I have immediate relief. I have recommended him to several people and several people recommended him to me. Great surgeon is the reason it takes a while to get an appointment because he is so busy.
