Called to make an appointment. I was asked do I have a preferred provider and I said yes. Told them the problem I was having. Gave all my insurance information just to be told she is booked until October 2023! What was the point of taking all my information?? Maybe give that information upfront instead of wasting my time!!! That's ridiculous.

Always a pleasure interacting with Dr. McLeod. Treatment regimen has really paid off and my skin has looked its best since I started dealing with hyperpigmentation. Highly recommend her.

Love my doctor!! Love her staff!! She takes the time to listen to you. Dr. McLeod gives honest advice about ways to make yourself feel beautiful and I always feel beautiful after seeing her and her staff.
