I just had cataract surgery for both ears. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shah and his staff. The surgery went very smoothly, no pain, no issues at all. He answered all my questions and was very lovely to work with. His staff was very attentive and answered all emails promptly. I've already recommended him to two of my friends also facing cataract surgery. I would never consider going to anyone else. You will be in very capable hands with Dr. Shah.

I was very worried about having cataract surgery. Dr. shah said that wouldn’t be a problem, and it wasn’t. The surgery center made you feel relaxed and Convertible. The surgery did not take long and I didn’t feel any thing during that time. Now my eye sight is like new. I glad that I got the surgery done and had a good doctor do it.

I had cataract surgery on bozh of my eyes one in February of 2922 and the other in March of 2022 every during the surgery on my right eye was painful the nurse in prepping me for surgery didn’t numb my eye good enough and I felt every bit of pressure and pain an hour after I got home i had to call and go into his office earlier that same day because I had so much pressure zhat had built i was in severe pain I regret letting him do my surgery I still have blurry vision eyes are sensitive to light can’t read small writing headaches eve pain I explained all of this at my appointments he just says continue using the prednisone drops he was very blunt and quick to get a persons sight is one of the most precios and important part of the five senses I’m seeing worte than before I had the surgery i had a bad experience with him

A new provider for me due to recent retirement of previous Ophthalmologist. Dr. Shah has practiced for many years in the area. He and the staff at the Monroe office of CEENTA seem to work efficiently. Outpatient cataract surgery by Dr. Shah at Atrium Health Surgery Center, Indian Trail, NC went smoothly and on schedule. Will be three weeks or so before I can be fitted for distance glasses. So far so good....

Dr Vipul Shah performed my cataract surgery and he is a wonderful surgeon. Very pleased with his work & his team.

Dr. Shah is a qualified doctor but his customer service skills need work. My mom recently had cataract surgery and during pre-op and follow up visits he doesn’t seem to be concerned or patient when answering questions and is rushing through the appointment.

Went to post op appt. Checked in & was told I owed $1,509 even though all fees were charged PRIOR to the surgery a month earlier. Appt was for 11:10 am. Not called until 11:45. Tech said she would be dilating my eye; would take 2-3 hours til eye was normal. Had to go to work. Should have been told in advance so I could of scheduled on a day I wasn't working. She told me "Well, I will check with Dr. Shah. He probably doesn't need to do that part. I said, well isn't that an imperative part of the post op needed to determine how my eye is doing? She put the drop in @11:57 am; said I needed to wait 15 min. Was called in at 12:05. Dr. Shah came in, started looking at my eye. I questioned the timing and he said not to worry about it. I told him my frustrations regarding the double billing & lack of communication & his response to me was "Well, if your not happy here, you can go somewhere else. Your eye is fine, that's what matters" Tech/Doc are very poor communicators & he is condescending!

Dr. Vipul Shah did an excellent job with my cataract surgery. My experience with him and the staff was great. I highly recommend Dr Shah for his expertise. Thanks Dr Shah.

Brilliant eye surgeon. Dr. Shah is caring and takes good care of his patients. I strongly recommend his practice.
