I am a patient of record for Dr. Hammonds. While he was rushed and a bit arrogant, I thought he was competent. This past Monday, August 22, 2022, late in the day I experienced a change in vision in my left eye. Floaters and distortion which can be a sign of serious issues such as retinol detachment. I was scared and worried. I called CEENTA. Dr. Hammonds had a 2:50 pm appt. open so I booked it. I then received a call around 12:30 pm that scheduling had received a note from Dr. Hammonds assistant Emily. It had been decided that I did not need to see him and my appointment was canceled. I was flabbergasted. How would you determine that I did not need to see him without talking to me! This action is unacceptable and I will be taking it to the medical board.

This Doctor may be ok... but the office NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE AND NEVER RETURNS A CALL. Horrible service, would never go here.

Very nice facility and care, needed my eyes lasered after cataract surgery , Dr Hammonds was very professional and informative, the laser process was very smooth and he talked me through it , all the staff was friendly , and called me after, thank you !

Dr Hammonds and staff are the best, I had cataract surgery on both eyes performed, and I am very pleased with the work they did. From the professional and cordial initial conversation on choices and options to implementation and the follow up care provided, my initial hesitation and fears about such surgery were immediately relieved. I would definitely recommend Dr Hammonds and his assistances for future work.
