Having been in the health care arena for many years I know very well what I want in a physician. I find Dr. Basrawala to be very easy to correspond with and discuss anything at length. I am at ease when visiting him and appreciate his interest and the time he takes with me. I highly recommend this physician.

Though pleasant, he was very rushed, was not really thorough, and when told it takes 2 hrs. to contact his office, he not only didn’t respect what I said, but almost ignored me, saying yes, yes they all know about it. I would NOT recommend him AT ALL going further.

Dr. Basrawala performed the Urolift pre check and actual procedure. The procedure was NOT explained realistically in terms of the discomfort and pain I endured. I called the office 3 times just to understand the medication and timing for the procedure. The info I did receive was incorrect which caused extreme discomfort. In addition I was OVERCHARHED close to $900.00 and 3 months later I am still trying to get my money refunded!

This has been a most unprofessional doctor's office. Appointment availability is tough. Once you get it, the doctor is in a hurry to finish up. If I talk about more than one issue, he mentions that I need to take another appointment. They didn't even send the xray request to the lab. They charge you as a regular visit for reviewing reports.
