Phone rings off the hook and no one answers. When they do answer, you're stuck on hold forever. Go somewhere else that values you as a patient and values your time.

I'd give negative stars if I could. The only office that still has their calls going to After Hours Line 30 minutes after they are open! Like is being ran by incompetent teenagers.

I went 4/6/17 and have zero patient responsibility per my insurance yet I’m still getting $300+ dollar bills from Caromont. Even getting the claim paid to begin with was a disaster since the doctor didn’t listen to a word I said and miss diagnosed the claim. The physicians do not care about your wellbeing and the staff does not care about your time. I’ve even spoken to supervisor and supervisor’s supervisors about my horrible care and bills. Yet......just got a new bill today. When I call for doctors now, I ensure they are not Caromont.

My first time seeing doctor Carrie was amazing!! I literally felt like I sat down for a chat with an old life time friend. She is absolutely the sweetest most personable doctor I have even been to. Most doctors don't even look at you while you talk and just scribble down notes hurrying you through the appointment, not her! She was very understanding and caring. Even took the time to ask how I was getting along with my family. Most doctors couldn't care less. I was nervous going in but after meeting her felt I could trust her and tell her anything. Because of her I won't wait until I have to go to the doctor, I will actually look forward to meeting with her again and having her care for me even more. Such a sweet woman!

I love this place! Infant to adult! My whole family goes here! We all love misty!

My experience at Caromont has been wonderful! My whole family see's Doctor Pithwa. We love the attention and care that she gives us and her interest to learn more about how to better assist her patients. I will say the office is alittle under staffed but they are trying to improve and fix their glitches. The entire office gets a big thumbs up from us , as we all know it takes a team to have a successful business.

Unable to get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Had to contact a Caromont patient representative so that they could email someone at the practice and tell them to call me back! Ridiculous. its worth paying out of network costs to go to a CMC provider!

Cancelled my spot. At 8 am on day of appt.Left me scrambling for a Dr.very unprofessional. Would not recommend

If I could give 1/2 star, I would. They're horrible to work with. Just to call in to get my husband an appointment, I was hung up on 3 times and then, since it was 'closing time' by the 4th time I called back, they never answered, so I had to call the next business day, which was a monday, meaning my husband had to wait all weekend in pain because someone at the office didn't want to lose the 2 minutes it would have taken just to put him in for an appointment.Then when we finally got to contact them for an appointment they were 'booked' for a week and a half. When he went to the actual appointment, the staff was unprofessional and rude. He had to wait over 20 minutes just to sign in, and an hour to be seen. We called back the next day because what the doctor had done had gotten horribly infected and they told us to basically take care of it ourselves or go to an urgent care.NEVER going back there. Not even if it were the only doctor listed on our insurance in the nearest 150 miles. It's absolutely insane that an urgent care doctor was more helpful and polite than a family practice.
