I went into my appointment expecting a breath of fresh air, what I got instead was a judgemental doctor who did not listen to my needs or concerns. Disappointing.

Dr Vaidya is super dedicated to her profession- easy to speak to - a great listener and cares about her patients - a rare find today in healthcare -

Last month they gave us a notice via voice mail and letter that they were no longer accepting any insurance at their Raleigh location, but the Clayton location was still processing insurance, especially Tricare. Today my spouse made an appointment for an acute issue, only to be called back in minutes and informed they are no longer accepting Tricare. We are following up NC Medical Board for possible EMTALA violations and abandonment. Complaints via insurance channels have already been filed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tanks for over ten years. I started out in her Clayton office and stayed although I moved to Raleigh. Once she relocated to Raleigh I begin my visits there and they have been great. Dr. Tank is personable, she's knowledgeable and passionate about her work and patients. She is one of the best medical Dr's I've ever encountered and I'm relieved to have her when I have health issues. Albeit, she has grown, it's great, 1 Stop Service !J Hicklen

Dr.Tank is great but I wouldn’t recommend any P.A. if you can’t see Dr.Tank don’t waste your money and time. I saw P.A. not worth that’s why you need to make sure you ask to see DOctor MD!!!

Today a female PA was dressed inappropriate. Clothing looked like a 2 piece baby doll nightgown. I've been coming to this practice for six years and I used to like going there but ever since Dr Tank expanded into beauty/skin products and selling 'natural' supplements I've felt like $$$ became the priority. Now they make their own pharmaceutials. Dr Tank is only in the Clayton is office one day a week. Who supervises the PA's? and the way they dress? The only PA I feel comfortable with is Jason

I have used this practice for several years. I always see a PA and find them all to be very good to work with.. If I ever have questions or concerns Yolanda with the office staff has gone above and beyond to help me resolve them, without ever making me feel like I am bothering her or asking too many questions!

I have seen Dr. Vaidya-Tank for many years and you won't find a more well-read physician. She will turn over every stone to find an issue to a problem and is extremely proactive. She takes caring for others very seriously. She also is very good about giving coupons and rebates to the medicines she prescribes.

I will always trust Dr. Tank with my entire families healthcare! Her staff is caring and thorough! I have enjoyed her office for over 8 years and many previous doctors before I found her! Absolutely Amazing!

Great experience. My family and I have been patients there for over 15 years. My husband and I are over 40 years of age. No medications no complaints. Staff and environment is great. Family oriented.
