I have never had a problem with FastMed Urgent Care. The wait was not bad, the staff is always nice and the doctors are always kind. I appreciate being able to be seen by a doctor when and if something urgent arises.

I went to Fast Med Urgent Care to have a wound checked for infection and I found them to have a very courteous staff which was refreshing compared to any UNC facility. The Physician assistant was super nice and attentive.

Highly recommend! My appointment was at 11:15, I got there 15 minutes early, and I was out by 11:30. The nurse was absolutely adorable! I had to bring my 5 month old and 9 yr old with me; she was so friendly to them! The doctor was amazing! He was thorough and gave me options for treatment. The receptionist's were sweet, lobby was clean and had a decent movie playing.

The staff is amazing from the girls up front to the clinical staff in the back. Eventhough they were busy AND we needed an x-ray, we were in and out in no time.

There for drug test for work. Front desk not the friendliest, mostly rude after overhearing a couple of phone conversations. Just felt like this was one of those hate jobs for the girls working there and really dont blame them. An "eh" experience.
