Came to ER and was taken into an exam room within 10 minutes. Staff were professional yet cordial. All aspects were explained and questions answered. After admitting I was taken to a private room that had all the comforts of a BB. All staff introduced themselves and treated me as if I was the only patient on the floor. Food servicequality exceeded expectations. I have no complaints about any aspect of my stay. Thank you to the dedicated staff that cared for me...especially Maggie.

I used to go fishing at the pond here like 10 years ago and no one cared I tried last year with my friend and the old security guard yelled at us and unholstered his pistol a few feet away from us. If you go here stay out of your pockets theyll probably shoot you.

As long as you don’t get a nurse name Maggi because she is completely nasty attitude towards patients at least from my Experience Is it so hard to show kindness to patients that you were take care of if possible ask for another nurse that maybe likes their job and does not come across as bitter and mean That’s not the kind of nurse you want taking care of a family member that’s in the hospital. Makes you wonder what she’ll do because anything I’ve asked her to do or help with has been a project or her back hurts too bad to do anything give me a break so for that this hospital I’ll give one startle besides that everybody else is friendly and helpful besides this Maggie . All it takes is one bad nurse do you never want to bring a family member to this place again horrible. Also left my family member with his Ivy bloody and bleeding all over which I noticed as she got off her shift I had to haveAnother nurse fix it do your jobs that’s so hard to ask you’re getting paid also maybe put down your cell phone and pay attention to your 3 patients u have

Worst hospital in North Carolina. My brother was in a car accident along with his wife and my husband. I got to scene before police and took him here to emergency room. He sat for 6 hours and kept being overlooked and others going before him. He has shunts in his head and a cage in his back so he needed to be seen to make sure no damage was done. After 6 hours he finally went up to desk and checked himself out and girl on duty said she just got there didnt know what was going on. Look it up in the computer Ive had problems in the past with this hospital but was hoping they improved. Nope I will be calling about this and going to the media No sense in it. I would give it 0 stars if that were an option

WORST HOSPITAL EVER DO NOT SEND ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES HERE If it was possible to leave a negative star review then I would. The ICU at the hospital is a JOKE. The staff and doctors do not help the patient with anything They don’t speak to family about what’s going on with the patient but instead think it’s a good idea to only speak to the medicated patient. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone not even for a bruised toe. This hospital let my father lay in a bed for 6 days getting worse EACH DAY before I cause a scene and Dr. Poola admitted to me that this hospital doesn’t have the means to take care of patients. I had my father moved immediately. It says something about a place when even the doctors are telling you to go somewhere else.

Brought my son to the ER today. We had a short wait. Staff was courteous and professional. The P.A. completed a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. We had zero issues and were very satisfied with our visit.

Poor communication ridiculous wait times. Was informed after I had stayed with my grandfather to make the staffs job easier. I was told that I wasnt allowed to have someone switch places with me between 9pm and 9 am this is informationThe facility Should be providing people planning to utilize their facilities upon entry not leaving. There are some great nurses and doctors here but its a shame they get overshadowed by incompetent staff.

I used to work with costumers and sometimes theyre impatience. But this was border line disrespectful. 3 people in front of you and need to wait 3 hours. I know diagnosing a person isnt easy. But the hospital need to understand that as a grown person in times like this we cant afford to loose time at work or time at all. So when we go to a hospital we are desperate We try everything before taking the decision of going to a hospital. Same thing taking a kid. We know is not a big emergency but at 11pm is the only choice. They sure took there swwet time with everyone there. Im definitely not going back not even if is a big emergency.

So my boyfriend has been in this hospital 3 days admitted through ED. For 3 days he layed in severe pain and all they did was push morphine in him and CT after CT pain continued to worsen. They dont even diagnose a patient correctly. They never once offered him a wash cloth to wash his face or clean up. This place is a joke. I wouldnt take my enemy to this place.
