Dr.A has been my favorite Doctor for 10+ years he has always put my feelings first .. he is one outstanding Doctor. N.SARNO 11122021 . I DO MISS SEEING HIM FACE TO FACE 😢

I have been a patient of Dr. A for several years. He always listens to your concerns and helps with your best treatment plan. Christine is a wonderful therapist. I highly recommend her if you need someone to listen and help with your concerns. The front desk ladies are wonderful. Ive known Margie for years and she always helps me with schedule issues. All around great facility

Ive been a patient of Dr. A for roughly ten years. He perhaps is a little more direct than some psychiatrists. But there is no mistake that the level of service or treatment he provides is very compassionate. Now when you add his level of intelligence and dedication to his patients puts him as probably the best Doctor or Dentist  Ive been treated by in my 50 years on this planet.

Horrible walked out if this office having a complete breakdown. Went in there to get help and was made to feel like an idiot. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re supposed to be helping with your mental health and they actually made me feel lower than low. I am absolutely blown away by the way this doctor talked down to me. Disgusting

I love this place. The receptionist is kind. The therapists are wonderful. Some days you will have a wait but I just use that time to get caught up on other things

Honestly disappointed in how people interpret things and then post about it negatively reflecting on the Dr. and his staff. I have been seeing Dr. A. for several years now and yes you may have to wait to be seen but maybe it’s bc he is listening to someone else just as you expect to be listened to when it’s your turn. Are you thinking about the person with the appointment after you that is having to wait longer bc you’re taking an extra 6 minutes? And then the domino affect kicks in. Dr. A has literally lived through hell and he still wakes up everyday and does his job trying to help us. No he will not sugar coat just to give you warm and fuzzies. He is real he is kind and he is honest and in todays world that’s a rarity. And whoever said his front desk staff is rude surely did something to deserve it bc Margie and Lori are FANTASTIC This office is not a perfect one but they deserve more respect than what they’ve received on here for sure

Dr A will cancel you as a patient if you miss 1 appointment. He canceled my chart when he was over an hour late to call me for my virtual apt. Appointment was at 950 he called at 1057. I then call back to reschedule and I am informed he has canceled me. So i am left without my mental health medication which puts me in a dangerous situation to develop mania and or a depressive episode. I will report this to the medical board. He does this to other patients.My therapist Stephanie on the otherhand is a wonderful therapist. Avoid Dr A.Edit. Dr A canceled my Therapist Leaving me with no mental health care

Absolutely horrible customer service. Trying to find therapy for my son during a pandemic and stressful time and she refused to allow le to speak with a supervisor or attempt to help.

I have to say Ive been coming here about 3 years. Dr A by far is the best psychiatrist Ive ever seen. He always takes his time and listens and does not rush you out. I think some of the bad reviews are because he does not just hand out medicine he gives you the medicine you need and theres alot of people that are addicts and he is not going to give you what you want Espically if u have addiction problem. I also started taking my son here a year ago. I have to say Dr A has helped us alot and I appreciate everything he has done for us. Yes it took awhile for my first appointment but it was worth the wait and once you are a establish patient you can be seen when need. Yes you may seat there a hour or longer but to me it worth the wait.
