List of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates's Reviews
I went about a month ago for regular, annual 3-D mammogram. Brandi was the tech, and she was fabulous. I can’t say enough good stuff about her professional candor and polite efficiency, and I left a review in several places reflecting that positivity. However, when I got the “call back” for follow-up, I was given zero info as to why. I asked why, and the scheduler said she has encouraged that to be part of this process, but at this time it’s not. I said I don’t want to “fill gaps” in my head for the weeks leading up to the next appointment, and I asked that a message be left for the radiologist or a tech to call me. Two weeks went by and I never got a return call for my message. The day before, a scheduler called to confirm. I asked if it’s for another 3-D mammogram, and the caller actually chuckled as she said yes…(?) Anyway, I show up for the next 3-D mammogram, and Brandi is again fabulous, but it wasn’t for “just imaging,” it was also for a meeting with the radiologist afterward. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time. So the short stand-up meeting with the radiologist happened, with masks and in the mammo room with maching whirrring…hard to hear. When she shared her findings and gave me two options, I felt slightly flustered and like I couldn’t hear very well. I opted to wait for further testing instead of biopsy. Brandi took me to the front (after I got dressed) to make the 6-month appointment. Once I got to the car, I thought of three questions I wish I would’ve asked. My spouse and I have the same three questions, actually. It was such a “quick chat” with the radiologist for such a big decision…felt like less than 5 minutes. Now that I have important questions to make a better, more confident decision, I left a message (3 days ago)…still no call back. You know it’s bad enough to have suspicious results, but it makes it all actually feel BAD instead of “suspicious” when you feel like you don’t have team support toward an optimum choice. Questions come up…it really upsets me that Cardinal Points doesn’t care enough to either deliver messages or call back (not sure where the problem is). Honestly, I would’ve loved to have known that this appointment was going to involve a doctor (not just imaging), and with that doctor, I would’ve loved a few minutes to privately think about what was shared and then have some minutes to ask questions after digesting the info. Maybe directions for “if you have questions, here’s the number…”. Aside from Brandi, this process is like a cattle-call…hustle ‘em in, hustle ‘em out, no care in between. I don’t even know the protocol here. I have my index card with questions and am just left hanging waiting for a phone call for a message that may or may not have been delivered. If it wasn’t for Brandi’s professionalism and capability, I would do my best to find a different imaging facility. I still might have to switch if I don’t get a call back. So disappointing. If I have to take more time off from work just to drive there to the office to ask a live person about my message, disappointment won’t be the half of it. Nobody should ever have an option quickly presented then no ability/directions to follow-up if questions arise. Adds insult to injury.
Receptionist nice & friendly then tech that took imagining was very nice, efficient, and professional. I arrived for my appointment and was in/out in no time. Feeling good with the services that where provided.Excellent place to get imaging done !!!!
Excellent service! Very professional. Will definitely get my mammograms here.
I was in and out practically before my appointment time even started. It is a very courteous staff from the front desk to the radiologists. They made what can be unpleasant (mammogram!), a good experience. I will continue to use them for my radiology needs.
Staff is super nice!Sat in waiting room maybe 5 minutes before call back..that was awesome in my opinion.I did paperwork the night before & submitted, walked in & checked in, easy.Out within 30 minutes!
Service here is always quick even from getting appointments scheduled when you've been reffered. I was terrefied having to get mammogram for the first time & Mrs. Suzy gave me a great peace of mind..laughed my nerves right on away. All the staff I've encountered is always friendly & have positive attitudes.
Very clean place.
Only reason I gave it a 1 star is because of the tech who gave my husband the MRI. but the woman who checked him in is rude, and needs a lesson on manners or might just be doesn't like Latin people...ummm not sure which because she definitely has no manners on how to treat people who come inside getting a MRI and is concerned about their health.
My first visit here and I am impressed. I was referred here by my primary care doctor for mammogram and ultrasound. They were very prompt in contacting me after receiving the referral and very communicative. They scheduled me for the first available appointment and during the time before the appointment they made extra efforts to try and track down records of previous procedures elsewhere to allow them to be better informed. Unfortunately first appointment had to be rescheduled due to radiologist being sick but they were efficient in getting me rescheduled a week later. I arrived about 25 minutes early and they took me quickly. Front desk staff were friendly and got my new patient/insurance done quickly and I was called back 5 minutes before my appointment. Two ladies who did my mammogram were very nice, comforting, and personable. My ultrasound tech was Rachel. She was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. Overall, great experience. They make something that can be unpleasant a bit more tolerable.
They were not pleased with what they were seeing in my first mammogram and they called me quickly and gave me another appointment for more screenings. Mrs. Suzy and Dr. Litton where truly attentive and caring with me and they sat down with me and looked in my eyes and explained everything to me. Thank God everything was ok. I felt so much love and care from them. They truly care about their patients. Thank you for all you guys do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
