I highly recommend no one go to this dentistry. I got upper partial Dentist dentures made in 2024 never did fit me every time I go back and complain about them. They said that I’d have to get used to wearing them and it will take time I did I wore them for quite some time finally gave up and didn’t wear wear them again. Put it back in a box, but I’ve carried them back and asked for a refund. I asked for to do something make new ones. They said I’d have to learn to live with those and that’s just the way it will be. I went and got a new pair that Flowers Dental out here in Flowers plantation in front of Harris Teeter perfect denture fit the first time not had any trouble with them at all and for that I paid only $816 for them or the ones I got it pecan Ricker bin were 1100 and some odd dollars more money than I had. I do not recommend anybody go here my dentist name was Dr. Justin. He’s horrible. He doesn’t care about you and he got really upset with me and told me that I just had to learn to live with him. That’s not how you treat people so I’m out over $1000 now I don’t know what I’ll do probably can’t do anything about it, but I don’t recommend anybody else get there safe and self in that same position

Beware of the Bait and Switch! After spending about 20 minutes on the phone with the receptions, We CLEARLY discussed that I would only be getting a cleaning and an exam. We spent 20 minutes going through all my information on the phone, and I spent another half an hour filling out all their forms online. Once I got there and checked in, they called me up front to inform me that they would not see me without doing x-rays, which of course would be an extra charge. I explained that I had reviewed this in detail with the receptionist and her response was merely, "Oh, I'll have a talk with her." No apology, no attempt at resolution. They Wasted my time on the phone and online only to think they were going to hoodwink me into agreeing to x-rays just because I was there. Instead, I went down the street to one of the many dental practices right on highway 42. Steer clear of this place. The shady art of the upsell is sooo devious!!!! Do yourself a favor and drive five additional minutes down the road to Waterfront dental.. a more personal touch and the exam, cleaning, and entire comprehensive set of x-rays is only $79. Everything is better there than Roccobene

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

I would like to take the time out to think Dominique she was amazing professional this is the type of service everyone deserves when they walk into a dentist office. She explained everything in great detail and made me feel important and answered all my questions. Job well done Dominique keep up the great work.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I scheduled a routine cleaning online and promptly completed all requested forms, including insurance and contact information. Despite that, I was contacted multiple times before the appointment asking for the same details and to reconfirm information I had already provided. I even had to personally follow up, twice, with my previous dentist to send X-rays. On the day of my appointment, the office doors were still locked just minutes before opening, with a crowd of patients waiting outside. Once inside, I was told my X-rays hadn’t been received and that I would need to pay out of pocket for new ones. After pushing back and contacting my previous dentist again, the X-rays finally came through, making that request unnecessary. I was then taken back, asked to repeat the same intake answers AGAIN, and eventually and briefly examined by the dentist, who had no concerns. I was sent to another room for the cleaning, only to be told there were no hygienists available. After paying a copay and spending 1 hour and 40 minutes there, I still did not receive the cleaning I scheduled. The only rescheduling options were later that same day or months out. This office is disorganized, inefficient, and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you expect a straightforward, professional visit.

I love this office! Everyone is so friendly, the office is always clean and organized, and everything runs right on time. The team always makes me feel comfortable, and I love seeing Dr Furimsky!! He’s a great dentist who explains things very well and you know he genuinely cares. Best dentist office in the area hands down!

Let me start by saying the staff here is absolutely wonderful and the dental care is top-notch. Truly, we love everyone there. 10/10, would let them drill my teeth again. NOW. Let’s talk about the bird feeder. EMPTY. Completely, heartbreakingly EMPTY. Those poor little birds are out there foraging through the DUMPSTER like tiny feathered raccoons. Is this a dental office or a bird soup kitchen? Do they HATE birds?? I have questions and I need answers.

My wife came in at 1 for a 1:30 appointment. We brought our infant with us, who is breastfed. Approximately 23 people came in after us and were seen, they called my wife back at 2:17 pm. She got her x-ray done then our baby had a fit out of hunger and my wife didn’t have the time to get her tooth fixed just a rushed bill of 117 dollars. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I had 4 root canals done last year and the dentist was really good though never on time. The receptionist while we were waiting kept going to the billing station and stroking the tall girls hair, no problem with that but should be done in private. This experience was awful and they can’t or won’t see her again for another couple of weeks. They constantly overbooked, and will not tell you if they’re running behind. Being a bit more professional and honoring your appointments and communicating with your customers would go a lot further in my opinion. It seems we were prioritized last for some reason.

Please either sanitize your hands or wash them prior to touching a patients mouth. Even If your wearing gloves. It matters. Using the keyboard and touching the inside of a patients mouth is Nasty and Discustting. Staff was nice.
