List of Scott Matthews's Reviews
Dr. Matthews is awesome. He cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. A good egg.
He is the best! He listens, he cares, and he spends time with you. He stays current of medical trends and new research. He involves you in your own care and makes appropriate referrals when needed. Highly recommend
He's horrible! Stay away. Awful doctor and very sexist.
Dr. Matthews is my primary care physician and I have seen him for the last three years on a regular basis. So far, I have nothing but glowing things to say about him as he is the consummate professional, yet never feels like he is rushing to get to his next appointment or trying to get you out the door before you fully understand the situation. Altogether Dr. Matthews is the best doctor I've had to date in my life and I'm happy to continue seeing him.
Dr. Matthews is a wonderful primary care physician. He is very kind and comforting. He is able to put me at ease even during the most uncomfortable procedures/exams. He has great follow-up and will call when there are concerning lab values or tests results. I really trust his judgment and knowledge.
Dr. Matthews is a great doctor. I have gone to him for over 5 years since my doctor of 20+ years was promoted. He is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. My only negative is not his but the system which has him very over scheduled.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
