Wake Forest Baptist Health's Online Review Report Card

This place is not a Doctor's office. Useless....They can't return calls to the nurse or someone in the office. I have been trying to get my annual Mammogram schedule since Jan 2021 and I have call over and over to help schedule. Noone will help or call back!!!!!!!.

This Dr. office deserves a 0 star...I would recommend going anywhere but here. I will not get into why just read all there reviews and you should be able to figure it out.

I called to set up an appointment after having a baby and the lady on the phone ended up hanging up on me twice. She sounded real depressed and angry and all I asked if for an appointment. This place NEEDS A BETTER STAFF WHO CARES!

Not impressed with this office. If up to me I will recommend a change in provider Novant my preference. Never knew you had to take a day off of work for a 15 appointment G

First visit today after about 8 year's from being here and it was not a good experience. The phlebotomist room had blood speckled on the floor mat. The woman who checked me in was hardly friendly, and the girl who checked me out had air pods in and was playing on her phone. The doctor was great and the woman who walked me back were great! But they have both been there forever so that’s no surprise. These “new” people though.... the professionalism was out of the window.

This place is a joke. My 79 year old father in law who tested positive for Covid has not received any support or follow up on his condition. He has had open heart surgery and has a pacemaker. After my wife raised cane they got an appointment for 345 today. This so called doctors office then called and said take him to emergency room because they weren't gonna see him they wouldn't do any lab work on him. How is this acceptable elderly care. Wake Forest and their team is a disgrace to the community. A person could get better care a vets office. 1 star because negative 100 doesn't exist.

This place is dirty and needs a total makeover staff and all non!!! professionals and very robotic actions I have left and would never go back

I enrolled for law-enforcement training and I needed a medical form to be filled out in order to enter the class. It took their office two weeks to fill out three pieces of simple paperwork and I never once got a call back within those two weeks stating that my medical forms were completed I had to call them four times just to get an answer, and when I finally got them on the phone the office told me they don’t know where my records are because some useless desk jockey misplaced them. After two visits to their office they failed to tell me I had an appointment the current week and my physician And I had to fill out the forms together this office has zero communication skills.

After several years of being a patient there i had to leave thr practice after Dr. Bullers left due to the fact they couldn't keep a new doctor in his place. Dr. Reyes Reynolds was the last Dr. I saw there. She is extremely unpersonable and not understanding at all. Since she joined the practice I was never able to receive medication refills for almost 2 months before being forced to choose another facility to accommodate my medical needs. Very disappointed in this place and their choice of doctors.
