Call get hung up on. Call back same thing. Call get told someone will call you back, never do. Call for a prescription refill, then after several days later I only found out I needed to come in for an appointment. No one bothered to call and tell me. Scheduling staff is incompetent!

Apparently they need to hire more doctors been bringing the kids here for years now you have to wait two weeks for an appointment kids get sick and can’t even see their doctor it is getting ridiculous

We love the doctors at this practice, but the support staff at the access center, which is who schedules the appointments, need more instruction on good customer service. I called on Friday wanting to schedule an appointment for my son to get his flu shot. I spoke with two different schedulers and still don't have an appointment. The last one promised to have someone in the doctor's office call me. It is now Monday evening and I'm still waiting.

Even though my kids see dr haas for their primary dr...Meaning well visits... they see the other 2 drs if sick. They love the drs. It is a new team now all female drs. And they will take everything you say seriously. They treat my kids like their own kids.

Initially, I was very satisfied with the care they provided; however after two misdiagnoses that could have been very dangerous for my child and left permanent damage, extremely high bills due to it being a "hospital based practice", after several incidents of "wait and see if it gets better" or no treatment (after I had already waited the recommended 5 days of fever) and the frequent inability to get an appointment for a sick child, I decided to switch providers after 3 years. I really like Dr. Haas but I have not been able to get an appointment with her in over a year. Switching to a larger practice that can actually see my children when they get sick, which is not often.

Excellent doctors and my children have received great care at this pediatric office.

I just fired this office because the male didn't agree with my ways and called me an idiot and stupid in front of my child that he refused to see after he found out we don't see eye to eye! I will never be back. Abby was an amazing doctor but very hard to get in with. This was the second time with the male that I have been treated this way. Beware!

An appointment with Dr. Pashayan was made several days ago to change my antidepressants. First of all, he kicked my boyfriend out of the room, would not explain why, and kept another nurse in during my visitation which made me feel uncomfortable. Secondly, I complained about the dry cough I've been having. He listened to my breathing and stated that my lungs sounded "great!" I went to Urgent Care the next day and was diagnosed with PNEUMONIA. Dr. Pashayan was short with me and I felt he had an attitude throughout the duration of my visit. He did not care how I was feeling, he wanted me in and out of his office. I will not be returning. My family will not be returning and I urge others to avoid making any appointments with this "Doctor."

I LOVED taking my daughter here to Dr. Mark Pashayan when we lived 15 minutes away. He was always patient with her since birth and I ALWAYS received amazing customer service and now she's two. Recently I relocated to Raleigh. NC with my daughter and once I renewed her Medicaid, her caseworker needed the NPI#. When I called the pediatrics office I was told that they could only give that number to the caseworker so I emailed my daughter's caseworker and informed her of that information. Once I spoke with her to find out if she received that information she told me yes but the secretary asked her some peculiar questions when it came to me and my daughter like "is my daughter with me and why would I choose a provider two hours away." Needless to say I WAS PISSED OFF!!!!! I wanted to call the office and find out who this individual was but I'm pretty sure if they read this they'll discover how I felt about those "interrogating questions." I WILL NO LONGER BRING MY DAUGHTER TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT NOR TO ANY WFB HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!
