Absolutely the worst! In major pain from an infection and have not slept in 24 hours and refused to call in antibiotics and could not see me until four days. I guess they want you die.

My doctor had to cancel on me 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment that I’ve had for months now. That’s not the issue. Missing the general check up I was scheduled for wasn’t the issue. Missing my birth control shot? That’s the issue. Scheduled to come in for it today so clearly there should be an order for it yet I can’t come in because the doctor has to give an order for it. Makes absolutely no sense. Trying to reschedule me but the earliest they can get me in is August 19 which is way after my shot being due. I’ve missed work for no reason today. I ah e to go in to check on an appointment for my husband (we have the same doctor) and they say her earliest availability is August 16th. This is after telling them he had just been seen at the ER a few days prior and needs in with her. Why two separate dates? Again it makes no sense. He finally gets someone to call him back after calling multiple times with no answer and they tell him the earliest availability is tomorrow but with a different doctor. I had already asked that and was told he could not see a different doctor because she was signed as his primary. Had to drag my 15 month old daughter all the way in the other side of town because they can’t answer their phones. They never answer when I call. Unprofessional.

I love my Doctor, she is compassionate, kind and understanding. She treats me like I matter and I love her for that. The staff for the most part are outstanding, they have always taken good care of me. I've never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them for you medical needs.

I've had nothing but great doctors since coming here several years ago. My first doctor was amazing but moved away. Then I got Dr. Doiron who has quite literally saved my life. She listens to every detail and isn't afraid of thinking outside the box. If it wasn't for her I'd have just been diagnosed with migraines and tossed aside. I have many, many issues and she helps tackle every one of them.

If you ever leave here feeling unsure about what Dr Pior has just told you, PLEASE get a second opinion. Even if you have to go to the ER or Urgent Care. She misdiagnosed my parent so seriously that I am going to be making a complaint to the NC Medical board. Trust your gut.

Worst doctor ever... front office staff very rude and unprofessional. I've asked to speak to office manager and was hung up on. They have ruined my life and I'm looking for an attorney. DONT GO HERE...

I had a great experience here! The staff was courteous and seemed to be taking great Covid precautions. Dr. Garcia was such a great doctor, really listening to me and allowing me to be part of my treatment plan. Will definitely go back.
